The Plains Community Park

Best feature of this park? The community "blessing box" of freely-available foodstuffs for the hungry. Check it out if you're low on grocery money; take what you need. It was super well-stocked this week, and even has perishables during cold weather.

we have rented the plains community center several times and have always enjoyed the space. If you need a place for a bday party Thanksgiving or Christmas get together this is a great spot. I will gladly give my phone number to verify my rating in person.

The restroom is clean and heated. There's a nice little playground and is an easy to access festival ground.

Very nice, clean park. Has many places to have a picnic. Has nice (though not much) playground equipment. Also has a port a potty...which is nice bc their is not another bathroom close

This is a wonderful community resource! There is a playground, a couple shelterhouses and indoor space. All of these areas are for rent. The space was very clean and well maintained.

Went to Indian Mound Festival on Friday for the car show. Very very fun time and met a LOT nice people.

The Lions Club is trying to do some great things for The Plains. Hope it continues!
