Came in today to get a new battery put in my truck. There were problems with one of the terminals connected to my truck, and I didn't understand how to fix it. Miles, the manager of the store, came out to put it in and fixed my terminal issue and explained to me the issue. It's bitterly 16°F out and windy at that. this man took part of his busy time out to help me install the battery and fix my issue, and I am extremely thankful!

They helped me to get the car code readings. Fix Finder is really a helpful service. Thanks to the team !!

Every employee here that I interacted with went above and beyond to try and help me out. I was in a very unfamiliar place after just moving, and my car died on me. Everything that could go wrong, did.I managed to get it to their location, and one by one they all showed me kindness and compassion, on top of excellent service to fix me up and get me back on the road.

They were out of the battery i needed, i got the more expensive one and was given 10% off at checkout

Staff is friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable workers to...update...this used to be the case. Went there to get brake pads, rotors and a caliper. Got the wrong rotors 3 times. 3 trips back to the store and never even got a discount or even an apology. Never again will I ship there. I sent $300 on theses damn brakes. That's ridiculous!!!

My bmw had a bunch of random lights pop up and David went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe, he charged my battery and ran the diagnostic test. He is very knowledgeable and printed out a sheet of parts that needed worked on and told me how to replace them. I highly recommend going here for car stuffs.

Went in to grab some brake parts for my 1 Ton pickup. While they didn't have exactly what I needed they were quick to arrange for me to pick the requires items up at another store close by. They also gave me a little bit of a discount for my inconvenience. They guys were very helpful and quick.

They stayed open 1 min late cause they knew I was coming back to pick up my battery that they charged and I hadn't showed up yet. I thought it was nice of them to wait a little longer not having any clue as to if I was actually coming back. They had good faith which is pretty cool

I went in to replace a broken tail light and the staff was super friendly. I bought the lights and Howard installed the light for me. Super knowledgeable staff and great service! Thanks Howard and staff for a quick and painless transaction. Next time I need anything car related I will be back.

Cain at the amelia location is the best! Very knowledgeable and I don't know what I would have done without his help. We got my car fixed in no time flat thanks to his knowledge and magical car touch! I hope someone high up sees this and acknowledges how wonderful he is. Not to mention how kind and great his customer service skills are. Autozone you're the best thanks to employees like Cain!
