Marianne is amazing. She was very helpful with helping me set up the policy, which is awesome because honestly I didn't understand some of it at first. I have driving and renters insurance set up through her.

She is very polite and professional. It's great that she is local. I have never had a local agent before. So it's pretty cool that she is knowledgeable of the city and the traffic here.

Knock on wood, fortunately I haven't had to file a claim because of an accident or anything. So as of right now I don't have that experience to share. However, I do trust that the experience will be as smooth as possible with Marianne handling it. Again, knock on wood.
