Adrien Pharmacy

I used this pharmacy for the first time this week. I walked into the store and was told my prescriptions weren’t ready because I had never before filled there, completely understandable. I told them I would wait in my car because I was sick. They offered to bring them out to the car for me. Before I could even pay and head back to my car, my prescriptions were ready. I’ll ask for any future prescriptions to be sent to Adrien!

For a local Pharmacy that’s trying to compete with the lower cost chain Pharmacy’s, I don’t know how they do it so well. They have SUPER friendly and helpful Pharmacists that seem to actually care and like their job. Knowing it would be a little more expensive, I happily left the chain pharmacy to come here for 3 main reasons:

(1) Happy, Caring, and Helpful Customer Service
(2) Convenience of near immediate filling when Dr. sends in prescription
(3) Not having to battle the crowded parking lot & long pickup wait lines at chain pharmacy

To be honest, I do keep thinking about the few bucks I’d be saving if I switched back to a chain pharmacy, but then I snap out of it... the 3 reasons above are well well worth the premium paid... also, not everything is more expensive though, this is just my experience with what I pick up for the family.

We have used Adrien Pharmacy for over 40 years for all of our medications. Sadly, as we have aged the number of different pills and ointments has grown! We really appreciate the personal touch at Adrien. Wayne and Linda are always friendly and attentive. We trust them! The balance of the team follows their example and treats us like friends. We hope that they find a way to give vaccinations.

I have been a customer of Adrienne pharmacy for most of my living life. The care for the customer that they provide is unmatched! I will be a customer of them until I die.

This is a very welcoming "small town" pharmacy, not selling much beyond what "small town" privately owned pharmacies sell. No liquor, no soup, very limited cosmetics/personal hygiene.
World's greatest staff. After 20 years, I know all but the new pharmacists on a first name basis, they live in Madeira or nearby, and I feel welcomed.
Why people would go to a large box chain store for something as personal as pharmaceuticals is way way beyond my understanding.

What a first rate business. They still have the good old work ethics that is missing in so many businesses today. They still care about the person not just the buck. My 95 year old aunt still gets her prescriptions there and they deliver them to her home. Thank you for all you have done and still do for my Aunt Blanche!!!!

Customer service is above and beyond what you would imagine. They give personal attention to all customers and really strive to be the best. One of the best decisions I made was to switch my family from Kroger's pharmacy to Adrien.

Wonderful family oriented pharmacy. Wayne is the absolute best. He's been taking care of of me since I was very young. Highly recommend going here for gifts, cards, puzzles, and prescriptions.

I have always used Walgreens . But I am now switching to Adrein's Pharmacy! They go above and beyond for services. They delivery, but aside from that, they go next door and will bring you fluids when you have the plaque 👍
