Gigi's Cupcakes Cincinnati

I ordered last minute cupcakes for my daughter’s 4th birthday and Gigi’s did an amazing job helping me figuring out how to make it work and get me an adorable cupcake with a unicorn to boot!! Delicious and so accommodating - don’t skip the chocolate chip cookie cupcake! So good!

Let me explain something to you. This place has cupcakes. But ignore that.
It should be called Gigi's Cookies. Their stuffed cookies, specifically peanut butter stuffed cookies, was drafted up by God's own design. The butter cream stuffing was perfect. The peanut butter cookie itself was perfect, and there's two, so that is double perfect. It was phenomenal. I will dream of those cookies until I go back.

Bf got me these delicious cupcakes for my birthday, moisture perfect, rich and sweet (but not too sweet) omg so yummy!

Everything is good! The cookies are also amazing. Our family favorites are the red velvet & the cookie dough. Highly recommend

I ordered cupcakes to surprise my daughter but the Door Dash driver cancelled the order because she wasn't home. Amy from Gigi's reached out to me and said she would make the delivery herself. I gave her my daughter's work address and she hand delivered the cupcakes!! I am so happy to know that excellent customer service still exists. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Gigi's cupcakes!!

So today I had a cupcake emergency. I needed 100 cupcakes and I needed them fast. I Google Gigi's cupcakes and went there without calling or anything. The owner was very helpful and she was very nice and very friendly and she saved the day. And my coworkers were very happy with the cupcakes. Thank you very much for your awesome service and assistance. They are worth it.

Gigi's are THE best cupcakes in Cincinnati. Always fresh unlike the other cupcake stores that I swear leave in the case until they sell! We have eaten Gigi's 3 days AFTER purchase at home & they are still moist & delicious! They give you enough frosting that if it's too much for you take some off! I'd rather have too much than not enough. And the Kentucky Bourbon cupcake..The Best!! All the cupcakes are decorated very nicely.
Their store is always clean. Very clean.Service, Very friendly.
And the comparison on here to Abby Girl's Cupcakes. There is no comparison. Small almost flavorless cupcakes that for the price you'd be better off to make at home.

Words cannot express how impressed I am with this branch. I sent them a picture of a cake that I found online that I wanted for an anniversary photo shoot and they did an amazing job. It looks spot on the picture (which had a fairly complicated design). They were very professional and accommodating, and the cake was absolutely delicious.

I've been looking for a nice cupcake place for a while, and I stumbled upon this one. They were incredible!! Sometimes you go to cupcake places and pay a lot for a small portion, but for the size it's a good price. And the cupcake was delicious; they had a variety of flavors, but I stayed with red velvet. The staff was nice and helpful. Will definitely go there again with friends and family :)

Gigi's Cupcakes (Kenwood) did an excellent job on our wedding order. We had cupcakes, mini cupcakes and cookies. Our guests raved about how great they tasted and how beautiful they looked. We are thankful that Gigi's made our special day extra sweet!

My favorite cupcakes. They always have so many different flavors, including unique and seasonal options. They also have vegan ones on Fridays and Saturdays. The staff are always so pleasant and friendly.

Ordered cupcakes with Uber eat and they were delivered with 15 minutes of my order being placed. Thanks Gigi’s. It was my daughter s Bday and she is stuck at home. Highly recommend them. PS. My daughter said they were delicious

During Christmas someone had ordered us some cupcakes from here and they where very delicious. If you haven't tried this place out yet, you definitely should.

Every time I have gotten cupcakes here everyone loves them Going back this week to pick up more for a reunion. Love this place and I used to not like cupcakes.

I was lucky enough to win a gift card at work, and let me assure you, these cupcakes are incredible and gorgeous! I will be back to pay with my own money next time.

So if you're not a big fan of icing these cupcakes may not be for you. They can be sweet but I enjoy them and the flavors are delicious!

What a great team Gigi's has at the Kenwood location. Courteous and efficient. Placing an order is always simple and they consistently get it right. Great products, location and staff.
