I have to say working with Michelle was a great experience! As a first-time home buyer with an indecisive personality, she was able to walk me through the process and make me feel at ease with all the reservations I had. She was also very knowledgeable on things to look for when buying a home, good and bad. Availability and response time was never an issue with her. Although it seemed she knew if I'd like a house before I knew, she never tried to sway me one way or another, just presented the facts in an easy-to-understand way. I will absolutely have her as my realtor in the future and recommend her to friends and family.

Overall Michelle Weadbrock was wonderful. My fiance and I were first time home buyers and very " green" to the world of home buying. She guided us through every stage of the process while not ever becoming pushy or overbearing. She was patience with us and very responsive when ever we had questions or wanted to schedule showings. My fiance and I have difficult schedules to work around along with 2 small children. Michelle worked with us by making herself available on " our time" and for that we are so grateful. She was constantly checking the market and comparable listings which made me feel very knowledgeable while searching for homes, even as a newbie! Michelle even had personal recommendations for all services one could need when buying a home. She is an excellent resource to have on your team when you are buying or selling a home in south west Ohio. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Worked with Nate and Reinvest Consultants to purchase my first home and the experience was amazing! Nate was very patient with me and my requests. He helped me find my first home within my budget and by my short deadline. He was very knowledgeable and full of experience. I appreciated that he was honest with me about the pro’s and con’s of each property we saw and he was able to accommodate all my needs. I’ve referred him to many people and I know many people who have used their services. I will continue to use them when I am ready to move and buy a new home.

Moved to Cincinnati a year ago and worked with Kyle to find a place. I was able to find a great spot for a really good price. Kyle was super friendly and helpful. He even went out of his way to put my air conditioning units in before I moved in and helped me work out a great lease extension deal. All service issues were completed within 24-36 hours and the common areas were maintained very well. Would highly recommend this company

So far in the last three years i have lived in Cincinnati i have used two different companies to rent an apartment with and this one has been my best experience so far.

- With reinvest from day one i felt like i had an actual person that i could reach out to about anything and was always willing to help.
Some places when you reach out to the manager they claim they cant help you or they have to reach out to their corporate office thats in another state but here with reinvest i never had any problem.

- They calmfully worked with me to find a property that met my criteria. Something close to my job and also within my price range. Its clear to me that if a friend or acquaintance ever tells me they are looking for a place to rent i am going to send them this way without a doubt!!

- i barely had any maintenance issues during my time there and all in all put in two maintenance requests through a phone app and they were taken care of quickly. (Fyi i have cameras in my apartment mainly because of my cat because i travel and need to make sure she is fine. On both occassions a repairman came in and professionally did his job and left. I saw it on film lol)

- My contacts through this company even answered my call one night at 11pm on a sunday and helped me resolve an issue i needed them to walk me through over the phone.

If it wasnt because i bought a house and am now a homeowner i would definitely have stayed here with them for several more years!!

Michelle was so fantastic!!! As first home buyers we were very nervous. She made us feel very comfortable and also knowledgeable of the whole process. She was 100% invested into helping us find a new home, and communicated daily with us. She’s very good at her job, honest about the homes we were looking at buying, and very good at keeping us in the loop. She also celebrated with us and shared in our joy when we closed!!!!

Kyle was very helpful with my transition of both moving in and moving out. I moved in with very short notice and he managed to have the place ready for me in no time. He made things as smooth as possible and would always go above and beyond to get the job done during my time of residency whenever I had any requests. Quick responses, very nice. I would highly recommend working with him & his company.

Reinvest Consultants (and more specifically the manager Kyle) are absolutely incredible to work with. Kyle helped me through a really bad situation with an abusive landlord (landlord constantly harassed me and effectively stole money from Kyle) despite being able to walk away from the situation if he chose. He is a compassionate person and an exceedingly responsive and professional business man. He quickly took care of any and all maintenance requests and would even mediate disputes and provide advice when appropriate. I cannot recommend him enough and have nothing but the highest praise for him and his business.

Michelle went above and beyond for us during our first home buying process! Everything went smoothly and we were kept in the loop on everything. Michelle has a wealth of knowledge and answered any questions we had. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new home with ease!
