Howard's Kitchen Studio

We worked with Tammy on the remodel of our primary bathroom. Her communication was impeccable. She also was incredibly flexible on timing and made herself available to stop by any time we had a question/concern. We made some changes to the design of our shower mid-project, and she coordinated the change with the contractor seamlessly. Howard’s connected us with the contractors who performed the work. They did a fabulous job. They were very detail oriented and showed up promptly by 8:30 each morning. Overall we were very happy with our experience and will consider Howard’s, and especially Tammy, for future projects.

I debated which big box store to use for new kitchen cabinets. I read many comments online that said I would better off to use a local cabinet maker. I drive by Howard's Kitchen Studio regularly so I decided to stop in and check it out. The minute I walked in I was greeted by Mark, Owner and Ariel design consultant. It was all uphill from their. Ariel designed the kitchen space and made significant recommendations to make the layout very efficient. Ariel also came to the house and we tapped out the kitchen so I could see the exact location of the counters and island. The cabinets we selected were made locally in Indiana. Mark and his team delivered on every promise they made during the complete renovation of our kitchen and several additional projects throughout our home. They met timelines, deadlines, budgets, and were a joy to work with. We would (and will!) recommend them and use them again.

We've slowly replaced all of our appliances through Howard's Kitchen Studio and couldn't be more happy with the experience. "Installation" from big box stores means they drop off the item and plug it in. HKS goes the extra mile and makes sure it's done right. Replacing the shut off for the water line for the fridge, modifying the back splash for a new range, coordinating a contractor for a slight modification to the countertop, etc.

We've done several projects with Howard's, and they are great to work with. Great selection, really helpful with understanding what our options are and making sure that we're getting the end result we were looking for.

The best thing we did in our kitchen remodel project was hiring Howard's Kitchen Studio. I had a ton of ideas about what I wanted, and the designers at Howard's were able to put it all together! They had excellent suggestions and ideas to implement my vision. We also ordered all of our kitchen appliances through Howard's. Due to supply chain issues, we were very nervous that our appliances would not arrive in time. Fortunately, Mr. Kaplan was able to get shipment and stock information that aided us in making choices for the perfect in-stock appliances for our complete kitchen remodel. Mr. Kaplan kept us updated on the status of our orders and provided a lot of helpful insight on the best brands/models.

We are EXTREMELY happy with the services provided by Howard's. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive and patient. All the things you need in your kitchen remodeling contractor! ***** A++++!

I've had Howard's Kitchen studio install both a dishwasher and a range hood with a vent to the outside. The studio sells top quality brands and the installers are all very knowledgeable, helpful, and do a great job. On top of that, they are all lovely people. Our experience shopping for appliances with Mark and Diane at Howard's Kitchen Studio has been excellent. They offer high quality product lines and are knowledgeable and responsive to questions. We decided post-sale to exchange a washer-dryer stacking unit with pedestals for each appliance and the exchange was accomplished with a single phone call and a single visit.

Mark at Howard’s in Mariemont was excellent. He went above and beyond for us and was very patient with my indecisiveness. My go to person Julie Denning has been instrumental in helping me with cabinet selection, ordering and design suggestions. She is easy to work with and I receive quotes and invoices in a timely matter. She has a great eye and broad knowledge.
Great communication. Mark Kaplan which I have known more than 12 years knows everything about appliances and is always eager to find the right product for you. The showroom offers a nice display of appliances, countertops, cabinets and products needed for a successful remodel.
