Very friendly staff went out of her way to check for a digital coupon for me.

I love their shoes and people are always there if ya need them.

Went in to look for composite toe women's shoes this morning. Older short haired lady (manager) told me they didn't sell them, so I asked if they sold some in men's. She sent me to the back wall to look myself. I asked a second associate, Ashley, if they sold women's composite toe, and she took me right to them. Old cranky lady glared at me and was unfortunately rude to her associate over it "That's not my area". Don't work in a customer-service oriented store if you are going to be rude and disrespectful to customers, workers, and not know anything about the products you sell! What a sorry excuse for a manager, I feel bad for the people that actually WORK in there. Manager doesn't have a clue what she's doing. Thanks again Ashley for amazing customer service and kindness, it goes a long way!

A large selection of comfortable shoes for work. I had an issue finding my size and they helped me find a store close to me which had the size I was looking for. The floors were clean and the employees were nice as well as helpful.
On a side note I had just gotten off of my work shift so my feet were killing me, and trying on better shoes were actually helping them feel better. Thank you shoe carnival.

It's where we have bought our families shoes from birth to leaving the house. The environment used to be a lot more fun shopping here.. had the wheel that could be spun and maybe save a $1 or $5.. but with the whole COVID-19 issues and I can see why the wheel has been removed, but even before that then place just seemed to loose it's fun appeal, but as for shoes.. little pricey, but worth it.. good shoe selection. It's a five star.

Today's trip to Shoe Carnival on Beechmont Rd. In Cincinnati, Ohio was a very pleasant experience. We found the Nike shoes my grandson wanted and came away happy. Not only was the price comparable but the customer service was very good.

Store was organized and easy to look for shoes. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed and told they were ready to assist me in any way they could. Friendly staff all around until I left! This was the first store that had the shoes I've been looking floor, plus they had a sale!

Grear clearance on Sketchers at this store today.I bought two pair that sold for $59.99 originallyThey were on clearance for $30.00 They took and additional 10% Senior discount off of each pair.What a wonderful shopping experience today.Sketchers with memory foam are so comfortable.They also have a rewards program.They will get on the computer and even see if another store has another color or size you might need.Great customer service today.Thank you Shoe Carnival employees.

GREAT variety of shoes! All styles in kids, mens and womans. A family member is a diabetic and needs a certain type of shoe. Bought my shoes for work here and got 1 pair and the 2nd pair for half price. Bought them before from here and they were great for standing up all day and being on your feet.
