Every time I have gone in with a question about mailing a package the staff is always helpful and I’ve never had an issue. Some of these reviews don’t seem to understand that they are not the only person the staff are talking to that day.

I love the staff here. Always talking and smiling with you when you come in. Even when you have them hold your mail for a month lol. And the guys that deliver my mail from here are always a great bunch of guys that but up with my puppies having to great them when they knock on on the door.

Nice location, the post office appears to be well kept up. Staff seem friendly and knowledgeable.

Kevin & staff at the actual post office itself are great. They go above & beyond to be helpful. Unfortunately my new mail carrier doesn't have the same mindset. My previous carrier did, but he retired

They are slow getting here and sometimes late

We get the worst delivery service. They jam boxes that dont fit , damaging the corners. The other day they left a box hanging almost completely out of my roadside mailbox, in the rain. I'm surprised it was not stolen.

To their credit, the office staff is pretty good if you need to ship an item. Delivery needs an overhaul

Still have Not received a Christmas card mailed 12.11.22, 3 WEEKS NOW!!!!! Mailmen only seem to carry junk mail, rude and unresponsive when they do walk by. Are you Stealing our Mail Now? Federal crime!!!!!!! Worst business. Worst Employees. I could have walked to Idaho and been back by now. Total B.S.!!!! Praying for Karma..

The lady that delivers my mail sprayed something at my dog. She was done delivering mail on our road so she had no need to have the passenger side window down. My dog is normally not loose so what she did is unexcusable. My dog is worth more than her car.

If you want to get your neighbors mail then go around the street looking for your mail it's a great place. Been in twice and complained and they still can't get mail right! When the address is on the envelope and on the front of the house. And they sent mail addressed to coshocton to an address in Warsaw
Luckily the home owner knew me or I would not have got my mail.
