well, I thought that customer service died until I walked in the glass house today. I was greeted at the door by the associate behind the counter with a welcome friendly greeting and asked if I had been there before. I replied no and he took the time to go over there selection and how they had it organized. had a really good experience and will definitely return. I just wish this shop was closer to Columbus

The glass house is awesome! Amanda and the other employees there are great! They help you with everything. Not like some smoke shops where you dont even fell welcome inside!! They have everything you need between glass pieces and tattoo equipment!!! Have to check them out for yourself

Great place very clean mask requirment sucks beings I have anxiety n a few other health issues but I highly recomend this place. Amazing glass pipes, masks collectables n tattoo supplies are all amazing. I'm here alot. Workers are especially friendly and very educated on their jobs.

The Glass House was awesome they have everything from incense both metal and glass pipes bongs grinders vape rolling trays pre-rolls batteries stone pipes cigarette snuffers and a whole bunch of other stuff too. Amy the lady who waited on us was awesome she showed us around told us about the company it was great stop in and see them you won't regret it

Place has large nice selection in a wide price range. Lots of cool and unique items. Amanda is great and very helpful.
