John W was our waiter tonight 3/8/24 and he was really great to us. He did not miss a beat when it came to the service he delivered. He made sure we had everything we needed and he always had a smile which was really great. You definitely don’t see service like this everyday. I believe John went above and beyond with his customer service, just constantly checking in on our dining experience. It’s the little things that matter and he definitely deserve praise.

Melina G was great. The service was prompt, friendly, and the food came out perfectly.

Angelica was AMAZING!! She was super sweet and patient because we were on the phone. Our food came out fresh, hot and tasty!!

AND THE DRINKS WERE ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!

Had a wonderful night out! All of the servers were super nice and we loved Ashley. She was on top of it, making sure we were ready and checking in. I definitely needed a minute deciding! The food was phenomenal, we took dessert to go.

We love going to outback! Our last visit was at the Kenwood location. Everything we ordered was delicious. The manager- Megan Reeves, came to check on us and made sure we were happy with our food and service. Highly recommend any of the desserts- even if you need to take it home.

Best food and experience I’ve had an outback in a long time. Tamara was an amazing server and took care of all of our needs with urgency. You can definitely tell she loves what she does! She’s a keeper! Thank you for such a wonderful experience, after so many bad ones at another location.

Great dining experience from start to finish! Greeters were friendly. Our server was friendly, helpful, and hard-working. All of our food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Lots of delicious menu items to choose from.

Johnathan was best waiter we have ever had serve us. He was above anf beyond spot on. The food and service are spot on. Love the Blooming Onion. Come hungry. You get generous portions.

Our server Angelica was AMAZING. She checked our order before bringing it to us and Chelsea the manager brought us a sample she merely overheard me talking about. For sure I’ll order that next time.

People who have a horrible experience are more than willing to voice their displeasure by submitting a survey to management. And I agree that a poor survey may be warranted in some cases. However, I also feel that I owe it to a server who goes out of his/her way to ensure we have an exemplary experience while visiting their restaurant. Such was the case this evening for my wife and me at the Kenwood (Cincinnati) location. In addition to a generous tip that I willingly left, I believe Marcus O. deserves to be recognized by management/corporate for his terrific performance and great attitude he displayed to us as well as EVERY OTHER table he was responsible for this evening. Great service, great attitude and we were fortunate to have been seated in his service area. Thanks, Marcus. You are special and we certainly hope you receive some sort of recognition from management/corporate for a job well done. WE SHALL RETURN! 👍

On one visit we had jonathan as a server. He was awesome! It's timing for checking on us was appropriate and not nerve racking. He managed his other tables very well. And the food was great.

On another visit, we had Nevayah. She too was very sweet and pleasant to have as a server. She knew her menu very well. The zoo that day was not the best however. Everything came out cold. Not sure if it was just a busy night or if maybe there just wasn't enough kitchen staff to keep things moving smoothly. Our server however did a good job.

Overall great experience, great steak, and other sides. The mac n cheese isn't very cheese and leaves some to be desired. Waitress and staff we're very friendly and quickly offered refills and fulfilled me and my friends requests.

Haley is a great server. She was very knowledgeable about menu and she has a great personality. The manager Laura is great for creating a wonderful atmosphere for all. Dine here! You will not regret it!

First time we have sat in to dine in Cincinnati and actually been taken rcare of by the server…. Xavier was a absolutely wonderful server and he is what made our visit so satisfying, next door at red lobster we had a rude server and hair in our food, Xavier made sure we had all we needed and it was such a nice dinner because of his attentiveness and awesome service! Going to this restaurant changed my view on the world. Before I ate at Outback for the first time, I was a man who grew up in a cruel world and was forced to grow up quickly. My house was destroyed by a tornado when I was a child, the only thing left to my name was the family rake. I moved in with my grandfather in Virginia and the day I moved in he made me rake all 6 acres of land with that very same family rake. At school I was not very popular, during recess the "cool" kids would take turns hitting me with chains with locks on the end, I had to learn to toughen up quick just to get through middle school. Needless to say my view on the world and the people in it had become jaded. One day I had decided I had enough of my Grandpa and his chores and his terrible alternative psych rock music, so I ran away and Hitchhiked all the way to Ohio. The trucker I was riding with apparently had enough of me and my MF DOOM mixtape as well and kicked me out on the side of the road from the moving truck. I limped along, I hadn't eaten or drank anything in days. I saw a Red Lobster, but Red Lobster sucks so I kept walking, and then I saw it, Outback, it caught my eye like a glistening jewel the dank musty mineshaft that was my life. I walked in and the atmosphere blew me away, I felt like I had just went through a portal to the famous land down under. The host's voice sounded like the divine voice of God, coming to deliver me from the deep bowls of hell back to the Garden of Eden. He said to me "Follow me and I'll seat you". Every second I was there, I was waiting for a catch, I was waiting for another chain in the back, I was waiting for Butch to take what little I had left just like in middle school. But it never came, all I got was fantastic atmosphere, servers that treated me better than my family ever had, and food that would have made Jesus's final supper look like an Arby's 5 dollar meal deal. The Bloomin' Onion, in all it's magnificent glory, each bite reminded me what it meant to be alive. The Steak Burger showed me how far society had come from our days of rolling in the dirt. And of course, the Chocolate Thunder from Down Under, I felt as if I had indulged each and every one of my deepest and darkest desires in 3 bites. In conclusion I came out of this restaurant a different, happy, free man. I only hope that by writing this review I can influence someone else to experience this incredible pinnacle of human ingenuity

We had excellent service and the food was wonderful. I managed to spill my drink soon after I got it and our server, Brandy, was so kind and prompt at replacing the drink free of charge.
We got dessert to go and they packaged it perfectly!

Food was great as always. Service was fantastic. However, their music was way too loud for us to be able to chat.
