My granddaughter needed a car because someone had hit her current car and it was marked off as totaled by the insurance. Someone recommended Cleveland Auto Sales and after looking online she found a car she was interested in. I have to say this company has the NICEST group of employees I have ever dealt with at any dealership. “D” and Rachel were exceptional...working hard to make sure my granddaughter was able to get the car she wanted at a reasonable price...seeing to our comfort by asking if we needed anything to drink or eat since we were there so long. No hard pressure sales just great salesmanship. I’m thoroughly pleased with the experience! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The friendly staff made buying a car so much easier, they are efficient and will work with you if you need assistance. Rachel and Christian were patient with us, which helped us make the decision to purchase with them that much easier. Would definitely recommend them.

Let me start off by saying they have the friendliest staff and were very informative. Ismael Ruiz was very professional and helpful. I went in just expecting to look around at cars and they found one that i loved and they drove it in All the way from their other location. I rate this place 5 out of 5 stars.

ryan was very helpful and friendly! he was super knowledgeable on the cars there and showed me one that exactly fit my needs! the whole process was super fast and easy and he was really reassuring and answered all my questions :) i would definitely recommend going to cle motor center for a car, especially if you don't have credit or have bad credit; they really work with you to get the best price possible. and he treated me like family! 10/10 great employee, great business!

Juan is by far amazing I came in today in search of a standard car !!!! Instead I’m leaving in a Denali !!! By far the best experience I had and in a very timely manner. Juan even went above and beyond to stay after hours to complete my purchase ! Helped with insurance and even entertained my children ! ! The guy that helped us was awesome. They will work with you on anything and they are understanding. If you test drive a car and find something wrong or anything just let them know and they will handle it asap. If needed I will do business with them again. I will send people their way. Came in with awfull credit (I have a repossession and looking at bankruptcy) and they were still able to find me a car that I could drive off the lot for a reasonable price. Friendliest dealership I've been to in awhile also. Mo was a huge help.

I was born and raised in Philadelphia. My mother spent her entire life making a good life for me. When I began to attend public school, my mother was weary of me getting into a fight. Sure enough, I was playing Basketball one day and a couple of gentleman started trouble with me. I got in a slight scuffle, and my mother became increasingly frightened by the risk of retaliation. I took a cab to Cleveland Ohio where i moved in with my Uncle Phil and Aunt Viv. One day, I had to buy a car. I went into this establishment, and the sales people were extremely helpful and friendly. I ended up buying my dream car, a 2012 Ford Taurus. Thanks guys!
