I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from Javier at McDonald's in Lorain. Every time I visit this location, Javier never fails to impress with his friendly and efficient service. Not only is he attentive and helpful, but he also goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer leaves satisfied.

In addition to his outstanding customer service, I must also commend Javier for the impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant. It is evident that he takes great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all patrons. In fact, I would go as far as to say that this McDonald's is the cleanest in Lorain, thanks to Javier's dedication to upholding high standards of hygiene and organization.

Overall, my experiences at McDonald's with Javier have been nothing short of excellent. His exceptional customer service and commitment to cleanliness have truly set this location apart. I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing Javier's top-notch service for yourself.

Excellent service. Entree was great. Restaurant and grounds are clean. And the cashier was professional. My first time here and it won’t be my last!

If it were possible to make a quarter pounder w cheese better than any other McDonald's this location did it. Wow! Great burger folks. I went back a second time about a week later to see if it was a fluke. Nope, the folks running this store know the restaurant business and can really cook a burger! Congratulations! Highly recommend!!

Good food employees like to ignore you though

I do not often leave reviews. I was hungry and I don’t eat a lot of fast food. I stopped at this McDonald’s, and the food was picture perfect. It looked like it was assembled with Care and it was so fresh including the fries. The workers there were upbeat and engaging. Thank you for all you do I appreciate you!

Why are the fries always cold!! Made me pull up to wait for the qpounder so you would think the fries would be fresh also.

This McDonald's has the best staff. The drive thru is very fast and the food is always made right and hot!! I've been going here for 2 years and I've never had bad service or food!!

Christmas Eve was busy and understaffed, and the pretty lady with the shiney hair was pinballing between registers keeping orders straight, but took the time to give me an ice cream cone as I waited.

Need to fix their AI in the drive thru. Keep having to wait on someone to step in and take the order because the computer doesn't notice a Large Mocha Frappe.

The staff is very nice the restaurant is a very clean they shut down the play area because of covid but other than that food always comes out neat. This location definitely works faster than Amherst or Elyria. I've never had cold fries here. They don't skimp out on the fries either

I have to give a 5 star review for my recent visit at 3pm on a Sunday. Fresh food, friendly service!!

This place has been around for a long time

It is where I walk my little dog Minnie, every morning one time a day, she needs her excercise.

Quick and yum for quick bite. I would recommend getting a filet o fish, a big mac, a side of fries with sweet and sour sauce and put it all together to make jack blacks jablinski surf and turf. Its super good

This is a good McDonald’s with good food. I have come here several times to have a McFlurry and have been satisfied each time. Whenever I come here, the drive thru line always goes by quickly, and the staff are always nice. The McFlurries from here always taste good, which I really appreciate.

Finally a McDonald's that ice cream or frozen drink machine is actually working. Middle Ridge Lorain. Great service. Amherst one always broke

The change in the menu over the past 2 years has been good. McDonald's trying to move towards more healthier foods is definitely a plus. As always kids and grandkids always just love the great to get a quick sandwich when you're in a hurry especially. Love the drive-thrus. Plenty of parking, also handicap parking and accessibility is good. Place is well maintained to McDonalds a standards cleanliness. There is shopping in the nearby area. Very easy to spot from the road. Quick access to major highway.

I just stopped through the drive through this day for a delicious cup of coffee

Great service, Megan, the manager on this date of the 14th of October, and Raymond the front person were just fantastic. I just want to thank Megan personally for her awesome professional apperiance and customer service. Thank you Megan.

They were friendly and willing to correct the single mistake they made in the order, despite being overwhelmingly busy. Thats amazing.
