Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, St. Charles, MO

Stayed a few weeks back on a Friday, and Saturday night. Check in was a breeze. The young lady working behind the counter was delightful, pleasant, and very accommodating. We even had a good laugh while checking in with her. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Unfortunately we were out each morning before breakfast, so I am unable to review breakfast, but did get coffee, and it was glorified brown water. Location was fantastic, beautiful setting with the brick street. The BBQ place next door was very good. Great job staff!

Location amazing to the historic district and Lewis and Clark museum and park.

Clean and friendly service. We stayed here while visiting the area to ride the Katy Trail. We started our week before hitting the trail and returned to the hotel when we ended our ride the following week. Great location. Withing walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. Located close to Bike Shop Cafe that took care of shuttling us for our ride. We just happened to end our ride and were at the hotel when St. Charles had there FESTIVAL of the LITTLE HILLS event. Loved taking part and this and we could go out for a bit and return to the hotel to rest and cool off.
This hotel is worth staying at.

My partner and I stayed here over the holiday and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed.

Clean and spacious rooms. The suites would be great for families traveling with children or other groups.

Good central location to access various parts of the St. Louis area. Easy access to food and entertainment on Main Street and the Streets of St. Charles.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple and tasty and the 24 hour coffee was always fresh.

I will plan to stay here again!

Great customer service! Needed a steamer to steam my dress for my son's wedding. The front desk had one, but then, come to find out, it was broken. The hotel staff went out and bought a new steamer ASAP and brought to my room! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Great location for walking around all the shops and restaurants in the area. First floor room was a little noisy with traffic on the brick streets but the room was beautiful.

I stayed with my family on December 15- December 17, 2023. We had a wonderful weekend. The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly. And so helpful. "Cinnamon " from the front desk helped me late at night when my mom wasn't feeling well. She got some toast for me. We really appreciated her going above and beyond her job description. Then, my sister realized that she must have left her watch in the room. Fortunately, Casey found her watch and turned it in along with a little toy my great niece left behind. Thank God she found the watch and turned it in immediately. I just picked it up. We live here in St Louis. ..not too far away. But my family lives a bit farther out. Thank you, again, Cinnamon and Cassy! Your kindness is so appreciated. We always recommend this Country Inn in St Charles, MO. We have stayed here many times. THANK YOU.

I came in late in the evening, about 8:40 pm on a Sunday. I wanted to be as close to the Bike Stop Cafe for a shuttle on Monday. The staff person that checked me in was very courteous. I asked about any places to eat at this time. He directed me to Llewellyn Pub some blocks away as the restaurant next door had stopped serving. He checked. Further he recommended a dish. Excellent recommendations. Room was very clean and spacious. Very nice hotel. The bold coffee tasted good to me. I had a nice comfortable nights sleep.

Such a nice, clean, beautiful place. The breakfast is free. Our room was super nice. Everyone was really nice. There is a parking garage. One of my favorite hotels I've stayed in. It is perfect to stay in if you are going to the hollywood casino amphitheatre for a concert.

Clean, spacious room, friendly staff, tasty free breakfast, good location! We come here every year at Christmas-time and love it!

Can’t beat the location or service. Friendly staff, great customer service, free cookies, coffee, and water. Visited the pool (open super late but it’s incredibly loud in there with just a few kids and music playing). Everything was very clean. Breakfast was basic but good, and included Udi’s bagels (gluten free). Only suggestion: update the pool bathroom.

I had such an amazing stay at this location. Everyone I encountered at the front desk, from Tiffany who checked me in, Anna who offered an amenity, Anthony who mentioned the great cookies, and the assistant manager who checked me out (PLEASE forgive me for forgetting your name but you were HILARIOUS) was absolutely personable and professional. The hotel itself is beautiful outside and in, and my room was perfect. I am definitely going to stay there again whenever I visit. First choice!

The only thing I would recommend is larger soap. You truly cater to the Katy Trail Cyclists but either go with larger soap or go with body wash bottles in the shower! You might win the award for smallest soap! LOL Staff was super nice and breakfast was good. Location for katy trail was perfect.

Best hotel I have stayed in such a long time. So nice and very clean! The cleanest hotel I have ever been to. The location is unbeatable. Breakfast is incredible and it has everything you can think of. The beds are so comfortable and the blackout curtains make it so you could rest all day if you wanted. I will always stay here. The staff is so kinda and helpful. The property is well kept and again the cleanest I have ever been to even at 5 star hotels. The 24 hour fitness center is very nice. I cannot say enough nice things!!

We stayed here and had a wonderful experience! We loved the cookies at the front desk, and everyone in the staff was kind to us. Ricky was extremely kind, as were the housekeepers and the front desk ladies. All of them were lovely and kind! The room was very clean and well-kept when we arrived. We will be staying here again in the future!

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it never has disappointed us. This stay was no exception. The staff, from check in until departure, was extremely friendly. Our room was clean and provided everything we needed. Breakfast was very enjoyable. It included eggs, meat, waffles, etc each morning. There were even gluten free bagels and dairy free milk options. Ample parking is available. With Main Street St Charles right outside the door, this location is ideal for shopping in the area.

Great hotel with old charm but updated rooms. Quiet end of Main Street was nice. Great breakfast, coffee always available, and warm cookies put out in afternoon. Friendly staff. Would love to stay again, but may bring a fan on hot days, it’s an old building and the air had a hard time keeping up a little. Understandable and not too bad.
