Mac's Auto Repair

Went in to get my passenger side mirror replaced, oil change, and thermostat replaced. They were very friendly and did great work and at great price. Honestly can’t recommend enough. Thank you guys!

I had called around noon for a thermostat replacement and they got me in and out same day which was very appreciated. They did quality work and kept me up to date the whole time. The pricing was also reasonable. 10/10 would recommend, great job.

Not one solitary time since 1976 has this establishment failed me in any way. I also like the fact that they are a local business and what a need for loyalty nowadays.

Had wheel bearing and tie rod done. So far everything is great. I originally was just going to get wheel bearing done, mechanic noticed the tie rod was no good and replaced it, for safety concerns. Excellent work, fair pricing.

They have done nothing but good work on all my vehicles. Quick turnaround as well.

I love this place so much that I will do everything I can to make it to seeing them. I lived in Parma a short while and still went back to Sheffield Lake.

They are always respectful of me and very up front about things that might go wrong. They call before doing any extra #necessary# work before just doing it and surprising me later.

Yes, they do tend to get very busy, but that is because they are honest folks, doing honest work. I kinda feel like family whenever I need something - that's how kind they are to me. So I just take my car on down to my uncle Mac's son! (I'm not related, but that's seriously how comfortable they make ya!)

I'm really disheartened by some of these reviews because, like I said, they do get busy. That should speak volumes about their work ethic and integrity, and not just a couple of people (who coincidentally have the exact same issue at the exact same time) who say they have one bad experience. For every bad experience you've had at Mac's, I guarantee I've had four times more anywhere else.

I'm taking my new used car in this weekend and I'm happy to see the guys! It takes my mind off worrying about costs because they are always willing to give you a ballpark price.

Had them do an exhaust manifold on an f250 5.4. Not a fun job to do which is why i sent it up to them. They informed me ahead of time that sometimes the manifold studs snap when removing and would cost more per broken stud. Again, i know this which is why they have it, but i did appreciate the upfront honesty. They finished the job in less than 24 hours. Cost was well worth it.

Justin and Chris always take care of me. They look out for people rather than take advantage. I won't take my car to anyone else unless they defer. I cant stress enough to try Mac's auto for any auto needs. They will be honest so u can make the best decisions. If a car is done, it's done. I have taken them 30 yrs old car with 300k mile car and also in for its first oil change ever off the lot. They r honest and knowledgeable and that goes along ways so check them out

I’d say they are a great shop I wanted a tire rotation and they got it done in less then 18 minuets. The owners son so very nice and I go there for everything now. There prices are really cheap and they are all very friendly. 🎅🏼

We’ve been taking our cars to Mac’s for at least 25 years. We always get great service, good repairs and they stand by their work. As a small, family owned garage, they go above and beyond. We’ve also bought cars from them, good value and they run well.

These folks are trustworthy, knowledgeable, honest, down-to-earth, and they mean it when they say "no job too big or too small." They keep it real and they've always been incredibly helpful and genuine. I'm happy that they're my local auto shop.
