Colleen was very welcoming from the moment we walked in. This was our first time at the store. And differently not our last. Colleen again was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs and presented 3 options all of which were perfect. It was a refreshing experience to have someone sell on value and product knowledge not just price. We will not go anywhere else from now on.

The best place for work boots! The staff is great! They definitely make sure you are happy. Very helpful. Top it off they are a local owned business of 76 years! Buy local! They have my business from here out. And i will send anyone else looking for work boots. They also carry cowboy and motorcycle boots.

The Avon Boot Shop is a outstanding boot shop. The people that work there are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have a wide selection of boots and other merchandise for really good deals. I'm a Journeyman Machinist and I have been buying the Timberland Pro Endurance Boot from them for years. The Timberland Pro Endurance is the best overall boot for the Machine Shop.

Great collection of everything leather and wide selection of apparel. The western jewelry is like buying it right from the four corners out west. All handcrafted and well priced! Appreciated the attention given by the ladies working there and enjoyed my 10 percent veterans discount, thanks again everyone……Eddie.

Nice boot shop. The employees were friendly and very helpful. They seemed to have a nice selection of boots. I didn't look at too many since I knew what I was looking to get. They also had other items like leather jackets and belts. The parking lot is a little small and shared by other businesses in the same little plaza area. I went during the day when it wasn't very busy, so plenty of spots available. Pretty easy to get in and out of. Just wish it was a little closer to my area, but it was worth the trip for me.

First time here and won't be my last. Great selection and friendly/helpful staff. Found a pair of work boots I couldn't find anywhere else locally. Really nice shop, I'll definitely be back. Thanks 👍🏻

If I could give 10 Stars I would! I bought a pair of Ariat boots here earlier this month. Unfortunately had to return them due to a manufacturer defect. Had absolutely no problems with the return. The staff here (Her name was Ashley) was knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly patient with me as I explored the options. Ended up deciding to upgrade to a pair of Danner Premium Work Boots and am happy with the decision.
I'm new to Ohio. And have found my Go To boot shop. I recommend Avon Boot Shop to anyone who wants a knowledgeable staff...quality product...and competitive prices. I'll be sharing my experience with my coworkers as well.

Great selection of boots! Very clean, and friendly employees. Prices are also extremely fair. The photo with 2 pairs of boots are the ones I purchased for my husband for work and fathers day, together they were $298. Highly recommend! Also their kid selection of boots/shoes is awesome !

I LOVE Avon Boot Shop! I came here in search of some boots for a Western wedding, and Gail was so helpful in finding a pair that was both stylish and comfortable. She helped pick out so many great pairs for me to try out, and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. She even stretched the pair I picked to make sure they fit like a glove. My boyfriend ended up getting a pair too, since they had such a great selection. It felt great to shop from a local business - the ladies were so nice and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough and I will definitely be returning.
