Charlie was amazing walking him through the entire process, going over the car with him and answering all his questions. I buy all my vehicles from Charlie! I am very picky about my vehicles and service so I am not sure where the 2 or 3 negative reviews come from but I have been dealing with Reineke which use to be Dukes for 30 years and there is a reason for that. Have I always been happy with everything? NO! But I can tell you that for all those years Brian Dukes has been extraordinary! Any time I have had an issue they have addressed it. Not always perfect but they go out of their way to make you happy. They are a small town dealership with a family feel to it. Not some fancy multimillion dollar facility. They did not have the truck I wanted but found one for me. They drove north of Detroit to get it for me and said I was not obligated to take it if I was not satisfied. NOW THAT IS SERVICE! They don't have a huge local inventory but will do their best to get you what you want. Having other dealerships to work with I have yet to see them not get what you need within reason. Service is usually quick and easy. I love dealing with these guys. To much to list but although there are other dealers in the area I always go back to these guys.

The service department was great when I had a slow leak in my Jeep tire. Charlie Flechtner got me in the same day I called. and the service guys had it fixed in under an hour.

Just had my car serviced at Reineke in North Baltimore, Ohio and as always they were great! Was having trouble with my navigation system and a latch for one of my back seats that fold down. They ordered the part for navigation system, got it installed and fixed the seat! Always very kind st their establishment! Thanks Reineke!!!

The staff in North Baltimore was very helpful, trying to find the color and options I was looking for in a new truck. The whole experience was very professional and upbeat. Even the shop that prepped my new Black Gold 1500 did a bang up job getting it ready at the last minute. Paperwork was ready and explained very well. Will be back.

We had a great experience with the sales team and how they went out of their way to make things happen for us. We did not get to the store till later and they stayed 2 hours after they normal close to assist us.
