Karen's Holiday Pizza, Ice Cream, Subs & More

Probably some of the best sandwiches in town along with being much more affordable than any fast food restaurant. We always get the pizza from here for our church youth group and is much more inexpensive then the other fast food pizza places. Amazing ice cream and food in a hole in the wall location.
They need to clean the place up a bit in my opinion. Maybe change the outside ordering station to newer/cleaner glass and just a bit of an update in general

This place has THE BEST SUBS IN ASHTABULA COUNTY! I dare you to find better! We got the turkey club & it was phenomenal! It was so full of meat & veggies, it was amazing! We've tried a lot of subs around town & were about to give up...SO glad we found this place! The staff was super friendly, helpful & accommodating to our schedule too. TEN STARS!!!! Keep up the good work! ***This review was left in 2020. The last year their subs have gone downhill. I wasn't going to say anything but when you pay almost $30 for 2 subs, I feel it would be a disservice not to. The last few subs we've had, had half the meat they used to & the buns are different. These are not the same quality they used to be & definitely not worth the price. Maybe it was the young kids working there or maybe they're cutting costs, I don't know but be aware none the less.***

I love this place never had an issue there there ice cream is great their Pizza is above-average and the workers are so nice. Their wings are surprisingly amazing. Romans gets all the credit but these wings are no joke. Cooked perfectly and the sauce is amazing.

Wonderful place for pizza, subs, and gyros. I have had pizza delivered, but also eaten at the restaurant. Love the people working there! Great service, great food.

The service is always outstanding and the employees are always kind and professional. Only complaint I have is every now and then the crust is half the pizza and there is very little non crust or flat pizza.

Ordered a jumbo hot Italian sub, basket of french fries, chocolate milkshake and at the very last moment, onion rings. Food was excellent but somehow, onion rings didn't get ordered, hence the 4 stars. Chocolate milkshake was very good.

I had my first pizza from Karen's. We got a half sheet with pepperoni and sausage. It was the best pizza I have had in Madison and I sell pizzas in Madison. Well done.

Simply the best Pizza and salad joint in town.. Support your locally owned businesses. Do not order the blue cheese dressing, it's the absolute worst.

My family and I love coming here to get ice cream and sometimes pizza too. Both are delicious. The staff is always friendly and the portions are always huge. Afterwards we walk over to the beach right across the road. It's a great family treat that not many people know about. I suggest everyone check it out this summer on a nice day.

The best pizza in Madison. What makes it even better is that it's not a chain, it's a mom and pop place.

It's close by, super affordable. Bought lunch for myself and three guys working on my house. 4 pizzas for 35 bucks. It was ready in under 25 minutes.

They also have ice cream and other food such as wraps, wings etc.

Ordered about $60 worth of carry out last night (12-3-22) y’all were slammed and warned us ahead of time. But everything was perfect, as usual! Madison appreciates you!

Dough was great but the sauce was a touch bland to my taste. My wife loved the pizza. Will definitely be going there more often. And try thier other menu items. This was actually the first time we had tried this shop.

Definitely a hidden gem with a good variety of food items! From burgers to wraps and calzones. Something for everyone. Save room for dessert!!

The absolute best pizza in madison!!!!!! The sheets pizzas are to die for. I uave no clue why there are reviews about the customer service? They have always been super friendly and fast! Who cares if the owners likes Trump that makes me support them more!!!!!

Great choice for a local "mom and pop shop!" Good prices and good food, yet to try the ice cream.

This is one of our little gems in Madison! It’s so cheap and the menu is awesome for a hole in the wall pizza shop. They’re located next to the township park and have a walk up window where you can get snacks and ice cream in the summer. Super friendly people and fast delivery. The inside of the place isn’t so great so I’d recommend takeout/delivery or eating at the park or beach.
