The store was clean and well organized.I had no trouble finding what I wanted. I like the self checkout for it's speed and convenience.

I miss going inside and shopping. We do delivery and pickup. It is usually a good experience. But nothing like picking out your own groceries

Mary in the Auto Center is amazing. Friendly. Knew what she was doing and very eager to help me and my nephew Johnathan. Mary needs promoted!!! She’s a keeper and another gentleman that helped us find the luggage department. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. But great customer service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Walmart Supercenter in Mount Vernon takes great care of their store to ensure your safety during these unprecedented times. Great for local shopping due to the large selections and low prices. They have toilet paper now lol.

I love that I can place an order and can either have it delivered or schedule a time to pick it up. When you have a chronic illness, it makes it a lot easier to get the things I need for the house when I can't leave to get it on my own.

Left a bag there and went back the next day....they had it....the girl that waited on me.....so sweet...
The only thing I have to say about Walmart is.....the parking lot....full of holes.

Had the pad lock and trailer wiring harness that I needed for my new trailer

Two of the most amazing people shawn, and Nathan (from automotive) came out to the parking lot while my mom 68 years old was broken down. Not only did they try to jump start her car they then went under it and fixed it free of charge in the parking lot of walmart amazing employees and so happy they were able to help get her up and running again.

My father and I have been to Walmart twice recently to set up an Iphone and both times we have had a worker named Gabe and he is amazing. Has great humor and all around very helpful. I recommend going to him if you need anything.

Always clean and the arcade area is nice for the kids to do and have fun it seems to have more stuff and better selection then some of the other stores so if u are around mount vernon ohio stop in and check it out for yourself

Please enforce mask usage. 30-40% of the people inside were not wearing masks and no employee was at the front or within the store enforcing it at all. The staff is great and very quickly answered my questions when I needed to find something, but I don’t want to come back because of the amount of people not wearing masks despite state law.

EDIT: After research I have found out that stores, including Wal-Mart, are not enforcing masks to protect their employees from physically harmful customers. So, the general public is now at risk of both hospitals running out of resources and death. All due to some people not only being inconsiderate of the safety of others, but they're literally willing to physically hurt others over their own selfish reasons. This does not include the people who cannot wear masks due to health reasons. I get that. I can't help but be infuriated by the others. A huge thank you goes out to the people who actually do wear masks. Thank you for being considerate of other's safety and thank you for not beating up the employees.

I hated going into this store years ago. Since then, they’ve made a lot of good improvements. Store is a lot cleaner, a lot brighter, is usually well stocked and the employees are all usually very friendly. I’ve been pretty impressed the last few years.

Impressive improvements in place at the store. Things seem to run more smoothly than ever, and they're only adding more features. Seems as though they've increased staff as well, evidenced by the cleanliness and neatness of the store. Folks who get frustrated there, in my experience, often just don't understand the technology yet.
