I love this Lowes. The only thing I would change would be the availability of help. I don't know if it is me, but when my husband and I walk in, we see workers everywhere. Then, when we turn to get help, every employee vanishes 😕🤔
It is like a game to see which one can reel one in quicker than the other. It is like the old guy in the commercial, with the dollar dangling from the end of the fishing line. "Ooo... You almost had it!"
When you finally reel one in, they are very helpful with your question.
Other than that, keep up the good work!!

Jackie from shipping and receiving was courteous respectful friendly and personable. She went above and beyond in helping Mr obtain a replacement GE dryer. The associates were very helpful. I will be back because of the service. Tom and Amanda from appliances were also instrumental in this procedure. It's nice to know that there are so many good people working at the Mt Vernon Lowes. Cudoos to management in there selection of employees that are willing to help. Thank you.

I just worked with Mary (in the blinds department) over the phone about blinds that we purchased for my mom that were not working properly-- She took the initiative to help and correct the issue. She was so kind and professional and I am grateful for her assistance. Highly recommend her- it truly matters when they take pride in their work and give great customer service- thank you Mary!!

Milan was incredibly fantastic and went above and beyond to find us the lawn chairs we came for when seeing there were none on the floor but showing in stock. His associate Amanda was incredibly polite and fantastic as well. Very appreciative of the customer service here.

I love going here for all appliances we got a fridge here awhile back. The lady who helped us get it was extremely nice and was easy to talk to she help us understand what was needed and how to do stuff. Also when ever I go here I can always find what I need nails plumbing wood ,toolboxes all of it.

This Lowe’s has an employee named Rich, that has gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. One of the highest levels of customer service I’ve ever seen, and deserves recognition for his efforts.

Rich is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and doesn’t run away from helping load things up like other employees have done.

I rarely post reviews, but Rich truly deserves to be rewarded for the level of customer care he gives to us every time we go in. And, I’m sure he does the same for other customers as well.

This organization is very lucky to have someone like him, and I look forward to dealing with him in the future if he’s working when I come in!

Very friendly, well stocked. Pet friendly, they even have dog treats!

Wish they had a bigger copper fitting section but it did what I needed it to.

Excellent customer service from Todd, who helped us find what we needed and then helped us get it to the vehicle and loaded into our truck.

Alex is WONDERFUL. He has help us with flooring and carpet. Everytime he sees us. He always ask how we're doing. What other store has employees who do that? Today I bought propane fireplace. Dean helped me pick out one. Thank you for answering my questions. I can't wait to have it installed. I must not forget the guys in plumbing. My husband is there almost everyday. You have had every item we needed. Never had to go anywhere else.

I absolutely love Lowe's Home Improvement store! I make a lot of crafts for family and friends. Lowe's is my "go to" for many needed items. Whether it's a block of wood, screws, chains, indoor/outdoor carpet, (this list is endless) etc...I can always depend on them to have whatever gadget or gizmo that I need!

Their store is clean. The bathrooms are always decent and customer service is spot on! If I ever needed help, there was always someone close by that didn't mind giving a helping hand.

I simply can't say enough good about this store. Happy Shopping!🙂

Excellent service, friendly staff. I needed a new mower talked with one of the sales folks and went over the options. I looked at the JD zero turns...that is what I ended up getting. The staff dis a great job explaining things and helping me load it into the back of my truck. Also, there was nothing advertised (at least that I could see), but this one co.es with a $300 rebate! Nice job Lowes!!

Just wanted to say thank you to the manager (sorry, did not catch his name) who helped me out last Thursday night when I was trying to find pool noodles for a preschool project. They were of course out of season and in a box high on a shelf in the garden center, but the manager went out of his way to get find them, get them down and helped me cut the rope for them. These were not high-priced items and I just really appreciated him going out of the way to help me! Great customer service!

Staff in the door department was extremely helpful. Walked my wife and I threw the process. We have had windows installed by them two years ago and their service installers are first class. We highly recommend them. I had an issue with a new mower three years ago and they replaced it, no question aaked.
