I have a laptop that needed some attention!! I called ahead of time. The gentleman was very nice on the phone. I won't go into specifics, but I was unable to use my laptop. The same gentleman took a quick look and quoted me a price. And he had it up a running in less than a day. Very kind and personable!! Very knowledgeable! Definitely worth the price. I got my laptop back for almost half of what I would've paid for if i would've taken it to the Geek Squad!!!

I first went to PC Express Tech Center a few months ago for help replacing some thermal paste due to not having the right tools to remove the fan and cpu. The owner took it on, actually did the work and charged very little.

Fast forward to early Dec. I contacted the store again looking for a cable adapter. The owner had 1 in his spares box and gave it to me for next to nothing.

My absolute recommendations is to avoid the large stores at all costs. Go shop here instead. Overall you will get a better experience on a personal level. 5/5 star review everytime.

Talk to Matt or Toni to solve your computer needs. You can stop by their store and you can get an assessment if your computer can be salvaged or not. If they can repair it you can leave it to be repaired and get it back in a timely manner. If you need a new one they can custom build one for you or they may have one in stock that fits your budget. Tony was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! Brought my laptop in shortly before close yesterday, and had a phone call by noon today she was fixed and ready to go. She runs faster and smoother now than brand new out the box. I will most certainly continue to bring my laptops to him

Needed an entire new set of offsets and screws to mount a motherboard, which was easily provided. All other shops in the area could not help. Definitely a great shop if your from this area.

The entire experience was positive as soon as I entered! I got a call in about a half hour after dropping off my computer with repair suggestions. My computer was repaired by the next day in less than 24 hours! I highly recommend the service from PC Express Tech Center! Thanks for doing a great job! 🙂👍

Friendly, knowlegable, honest. I brought my desktop in because it just completely died and wouldn't even turn on. They did a free estimate, found the problem, and had it running perfectly again. Their prices are reasonable, the work is expertly done in a timely manner and Matt and Tony are great guys. If you need computer work done take it here. Go for the BEST, use PC Express and forget the rest!!!

The guys at PC Express LOOK like computer techs. And that they are . They first changed the battery in my HP Envy and then recommended a solid state drive. I needed a one TB drive, so the transfer took a while. Now my 3-year old laptop runs better that new. Boot time cut in half. Pro Tools loads in less than a minute. Couldn't be happier with their work,

Had an issue with my son’s Asus ROG laptop, brought it in on Friday midday and had it back, fixed and working like new by that same afternoon! Matt really took care of us and the price was incredibly reasonable! Highly recommend and will use again!

Will definitely use their services again. My 7 yr old laptop had a major problem involving fraudulent activity. I took it in 4/17 and had it back by 4/22. They replaced the hard drive and it is running good as new if not better. The price cannot be beat. They are very professional. Being in the early stages of pandemic, came out to vehicle wearing a mask to retrieve it and returned the same way.

Matt was very great service I was a pleasure doing business with he had my new graphics card put in the next day all the other places would take too long I would not recommend any other place to go to Matt is the man! And he does not over price at all!

These guy's rocked, totally liked the experience from first walking in and the entire experience till I got my computer back. Pretty fast service too. Anytime the computer needed a part they'd call me and say what it needed and how much it'll cost to fix. And their prices are just awesome they'll totally work with you.

One word GREAT! After crashing I took my computer to Best Buy for repair, BB inform me that my computer was done, and if they could save "any" files it would be a "send out" at $400-500. And it would be returned in 3 weeks still unrepairable as a running computer. Took it PC Express and in 6 hours they saved and backed up all my files, repaired my computer (even faster now) at a fraction of BB's quote. I'm never post public reviews but I highly recommend these guys.

Took my chromebook in on Tuesday for a keyboard replacement, it was ready for pickup less than 24 hours later. Works like new, staff was very professional and answered all my questions upfront.

The guys that work here are some of the sweetest, most fun people. I was having issues with my laptop mouse pad and being slow, as it is about 4 years old. They fixed it up without charging me an arm and a leg, allowing me to keep my laptop longer. They finished up with everything in about a week, and really seemed to hook me up. I couldn't be happier.

I'm a long time customer of PC Doctor and I just LOVE THEM !! I love the fact that they WILL PICK UP AND BRING YOUR PC BACK to you that's a plus for me cause if not I would have to catch 2 buses to get there. Their price's are VERY LOW compared to other computer repair stores, the people that work there are VERY NICE and RESPECTABLE, helpful, they WILL answer ALL of your question's til your are satisfied . The tech's that work there are VERY knowledgeable, easy to talk to, they will go out of their way to help you. PC Doctor WILL NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU; THE CUSTOMER, which I like A LOT! I ONLY go to them when I have a problem with my PC period. I TRUST them with my PC and I'm very picky. OH!!! they will let you know what's wrong and how much it will cost you to repair your PC before they do the work and there's NO HIDDEN FEE'S either the price they tell you is the price you'll pay. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

Brought my gaming pc in was having trouble after upgrading some parts not only were they able to fix it in timely fashion they were knowledgeable and explained to me the problems I was having will definitely be back next time I upgrade
