Ruby Tuesday

Went to Ruby Tuesdays for my birthday. The steak was prepared well and it was tender and juicy. The salad was all fresh. The service was friendly and helpful. I will go back!

Good food, great service and an amazing salad bar.

My first experience here was fantastic! I came in to a very well lit restaurant with a good vibrant energy. Was seated very quickly. Waitress Shay, super sweet! Checked up on us frequently to see if we needed anything. Food was fantastic!!! I ordered a Extra Crispy Chicken Sandwich, which was delicious! Will 100% be coming back to this restaurant again! This is the kind of restaurant experience that other restaurants should look up to.

It's been a few decades, but we enjoyed our luncheon. The customer service from our server Megan was great. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and very good at multitasking! Most servers don't have the basic knowledge and patience. It's so rare to find top-tier service these days. We were so glad to have had Megan as our waitress. Keep up the great work! This establishment knows how to hire properly, which reflects the company well. The employee helped one another out with no hesitation to go over and beyond to serve guests! It was awesome to see co-workers working as a team! The cook served fresh hot food ! We sent compliments to the chef, and we can't wait to come back! We appreciate your service!

It was very good food, it was busy on a Saturday but I enjoyed my meal. I was visiting the area and enjoyed time with friends at your restaurant. Next time though I will get a booth so we can talk without everyone around us having to listen to our conversation. Middle tables are great for eating not so much for conversation.. Thank You for a great meal and nice staff.

Stopped in for the salad bar and was NOT disappointed. EVERYTHING was fresh and beautiful and delicious! Best salad bar hands down.

Food. Just don't waste money on cheese steak it was on a dry hot dog bun. And totality horrie it os still one of my favorite restaurants

The management and staff were very attentive, the food was fresh and delivered on time, the glazed salmon melted in your mouth, the ribs were sweet and delicious! Oh and the salad bar and those croutons and a glass of sweet peach tea 😋! Thank you Casey and the manager who's name we didn't get she was very sweet polite and very professional 😉

We had a terrific time here. All employees were busy but yet each greeted you. We had Teresa and she is terrific. Everyone was busy helping each other clean and restock the food bar. First time I have ever seen so many employees working together. Service was fast and they checked back several times. I will definitely be back and soon! Salad bar was outstanding

So happy they're open!! North Olmsted area closed. Savannah was an amazing server. Very attentive and fun. The manager Shonda was also so sweet and asked how our night was. We'll be back for sure...

Salad bar was phenomenal, the food was very good, waitress was very attentive.....give it a try I think you would like it. Below is bbq nachos was very good, quite large.

Shaunda the hostess was kind and polite. Are waiter Andrew was kind and prompt. The salad bar was phenomenal 😊 we will return.

Food was great and very good!! Server was great! Place was great and clean. Had the endless soup & salad, also cheeseburger w/ fries. A must to come again.

Ruby Tuesday. I love crab legs. There were no crackers. No little forks and they were saturated with butter which made our hands saturated with butter. We were told it was the cooks choice to roll them around in butter. I’ve eaten a lot of crab legs in my life but the ones I had here were definitely the worst.

Great food fantastic service. Nice comfortable atmosphere, moderate pricing. Plenty of parking handicap parking available. Handicap accessibility good. Easy to see from road. Plenty of shopping in local area. Close to movie theaters. Also close to LCCC

Shae was our server and she was very nice and patient with us. The Manager was extremely nice as well and came over to help out. I love their salad bar!! Soups are awesome too. One person in our party ordered the sticky ribs and said they were excellent... and the salmon was tasty too!
All in all, we had a very nice lunch after church service!!

Hello foodies is a Stephen. The foody guy I just want to say first time been in this locatit's a fantastic salad bar, or you can eat for 499. Add it to your meal. My beautiful mother had a salmon. The new salmon on the menu she will give it a 9.1,the rice 9.5,the grilled zucchini 8.0,salad bar a 10.0. .for me they have a 30 Oz beer,,and I had the super tasty meatball bake penned pasta [9.6],it does come with Italian sausage, but I wanted double meatballs beef n pork only .the breadstick was a (9.1)the sauce on my meal was a solid 10.00 the all you can eat salad bar was so fresh it was a solid [9.9) and our waitress with the blond hair named Rachel

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The wait staff is always 5 star. Food always 5 stars. We’re pretty lucky to have such a nice Ruby Tuesday close by. Only wish is the restrooms are in dire need of renovation or some maintenance. The floor is often wet, the lighting is bad and the there’s only one sink. Also for a restaurant that size just two toilets aren’t enough. The space is extremely small as well.

The service here is so good. The salad bar is kept so nicely and always filled up. The food is so good as well. They have multiple flavors of tea, including strawberry tea, which was very good.

The salad bar was immaculate. So fresh and clean. My family loved it and the fresh baked croutons and crackers were so good. Wait staff was awesome. My favorite Ruby Tuesday I’ve been to. Keep up the great work!
