Holiday Inn Express & Suites Youngstown West - Austintown, an IHG Hotel

I love this hotel and stay there everytime I come to Ohio. The hotel is in a perfect location with in just a few minutes away from every store u could need. The customer service is outstanding!! I can't thank them enough for making each one of our stays absolutely the best!!

The room was amazing! The breakfast was excellent! The lady that worked behind the counter at the breakfast area was absolutely precious!

Good hotel. Clean, good location, GREAT price. Lots of local restaurants. Rooms were very good. Breakfast was typical but all selections were available till the end of service hours (which is not always true at free breakfast locations). Some truck noise at night from surrounding highway and truck gas station - but did NOT bother us or keep us awake. Great reservation staff on phone making the reservation earlier in the day. Only issue was there was only 1 bath towel in bathroom for two adults. Would recommend.

This place was clean, comfortable, and an all around enjoyable stay. My husband and I stayed there with our toddler as a one night stay on our travels. My husband even commented how well he slept. The beds were clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. We plan to at there again on our next trip. We highly recommend.

Amanda was absolutely phenomenal as a host and went way above and beyond the call of duty. She made us feel like we were at home. Super friendly and caring about her patrons. I don't know how much she makes an hour but with a person like her she deserves a raise regardless because as long as she is working there I will continue to stay at that hotel. Thanks Amanda your the best!!!

This hotel is roughly half way between where my family lives and I live so I have stopped here a few times when I need a break in the drive. The service is always exceptional, the rooms are clean, and it is conveniently located right off of the highway. The last time I stopped I got in way later than I had planned but their staff had everything ready when I arrived so it only took a minute to check in and they let me get a late check out so I could sleep in a little. I will definitely be staying again.

This hotel was one of the top five Holiday Inn Express locations that my husband and I have ever stayed at. The rooms are extremely clean and the service was something that blew my mind as we checked in very early in the morning fully expecting to have to check out at the regular check out time of 11:00am. Much to our surprise the manager said we could stay until the following day at check out. Say what??? We very pleasantly surprised by this and took full advantage of it. The location of this hotel is perfect as it is right off the highway with plenty of gas stations, bars, and restaurants close by to choose from. The pool was open and was a refreshing escape from the single digit temperatures outside that day. There is also a nicely stocked Sundry store in the lobby with a nice variety of convenience items including a few alcoholic beverages. Breakfast was the typical HDI fare and who doesn't love those darn cinnamon rolls?
Overall we had an amazing experience and will choose to stay at this particular location for our next staycation get away.

Very family friendly and wonderful staff. Easy access to the highway which made it very convenient. Breakfast was awesome and my wife really enjoyed it. She is allergic to egg yolk and the hotel had egg white omelets which made her day. It is usually difficult to get her something to eat at breakfast and she has never stayed at a hotel that catered for her egg york allergy. Highly recommend staying there and would do it again.

This was our last night of a week-long trip, and it was my favorite of all places we stayed because the sheets were softer and the breakfast was better. We got a suite hoping for a separate bedroom so we could watch TV after the kids go to bed, but it was just a bigger room with a couch that was nowhere near the one TV in the room. The pool and hot tub were nice. The kids liked the free cookie at check-in, and I liked the beer for sale in the lobby.

I only stayed here for one night and wished it could've been longer. We booked this very late, around midnight since our first hotel choice was horrible. The receptionist Jose was amazing. He made our hotel check in very fast and easy. The hotel rooms are very clean, high ceilings, comfy beds and pillows. I think my favorite part was the breakfast, they choices they had were wonderful!! Not cereal or cold food. They had pancakes, cinnamon rolls, potatoes, sausage, fruit, muffins, toast, oatmeal, etc. Everything was delicious and good quality. I wish I could've experienced the pool but didn't stay long enough to take a dip. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place. If I ever stay in this city again this will be the place to go for me!

Very affordable and clean hotel. Ben was super accommodating, and so kind and patient. His professionalism shines through, even though being the only one up front and answering phones, letting us in the pool, checking in guests, etc. this is our second time here and both times we’ve been so impressed with this employee. The cookies when we checked in were the best we’ve ever had!!! We’ll definitely be back again!

Stay was great. We got in late, but the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was super clean and stocked properly. The bed was extremely comfortable.... like realllly comfy! Check out was simple and had an overall amazing experience!

The facilities seemed modern and very clean. I didn't get to see any of the rooms that you stay In because I was there only for a meeting. I noticed the breakfast room looked very inviting and also they had a pool and spa and a workout room too I believe. All in all I was impressed and would definitely stay there if I needed a room in that area

Great place to stay. Breakfast is fresh and hot. The hotel staff is Awesome. They are very inviting. The rooms are nice and clean.

For me it's in a great location. The room is,always clean, the staff is very helpful, the breakfast is simple, but you have nice choices and they keep someone on the breakfast buffet all morning. The swimming pool is actually a size pool that you can swim laps for exercise.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room was very nice and clean. The whole hotel seemed pretty well kept. Very nice and courteous staff. Good breakfast too. Plenty of variety for the breakfast food. Would definitely stay there again.
