Blue Wolf Events and Catering

Perfection! I got so many compliments on the food at my wedding and I needed to make sure the praises were shared. Blue Wolf has some great prices, amazing selections, and a very responsive and accommodating staff!

We booked Blue Wolf Events to cater our wedding at Stambaugh Auditorium. We worked with Alyssa Grahovac who was very professional, organized, and punctual. Alyssa communicated with the event coordinators at Stambaugh behind the scenes to help organize the event. She also helped us select our menu and gave us good advice on what foods would work best with each other. She was very flexible and accommodating when we made specific requests with our menu, which was very much appreciated!

Alyssa always responded to emails in a timely manner and was able to speak on the phone/meet in office hours as well! On the day of the event, Blue Wolf set the tables up nicely and set the food/drink station up beautifully. They served (bride and groom) our plates personally, event though we had buffet service. They replaced anything that needed refilling and also cut our cake!

At the end of the night, they packed all the extra food/cake nicely into packages for us to take home. They also took the time to pack us separate personal cake and food to-go boxes so that we could enjoy some cake and food when we got home without having to reopen the bigger to-go pans.

Overall, Blue Wolf catering was awesome and I would highly recommend their services for events!

Alyssa and her team went above and beyond. From the first contact she was helpful, kind and quick. We hired them for our Grandfather's Celebration of Life and they made the entire process painless- from menu selection to clean-up.

And the food was incredible! As a slovak family/guests, it was quite impressive that people were making a point to compliment the pierogies and haluski!! The food was so tasty.

On the day, they set up quickly, were so polite every step of the way and were a huge part in making the day how our Papa wanted- a celebration! I can't say enough about how kind and amazing the servers were.

Don't think twice about hiring them. They were a dream in this difficult time!!

The Blue Wolf Events did a wonderful job hosting my reception. This place can be as fancy or as casual as you'd like. Alyssa was the Coordinator I worked with and she was so nice and very accommodating to requests. The food and service was great. We got some many compliments about the reception. I would definitely recommend this place to others to host a wedding!

Went for the Easter buffet. Hands down, best buffet I've ever experienced. Price was excellent for tickets, food was outstanding. The place had a good atmosphere. Polite and helpful staff. We weren't crowded by other tables, which seems to be a problem with other special event buffets.

Great venue. Large and spacious. Attentive staff, and when Blue Wolf is preparing your meals, consider it a feast. You won't be disappointed.

My cousin and his wife had their wedding reception here and it was very well decorated, the ambiance was great and the food was top notch.

This is my fish friday place. You wont disappoint yourself on coming. Excellent food. Very organize service. Very good community. God bless!!!
