Once again 3 weeks after buying my new outlander I went back due an outstanding salesperson Olivia. I purchased a 2024 Outlander 3 weeks ago and this past weekend I purchased a second car a 2022 Jeep Compass Trailhawk from her can’t say enough about how outstanding she is as a sales Lady outstanding is all I can say the blue car is the Jeep the white car is the 2024 i got 3 weeks ago from her. If it wasn’t for her outstanding attitude and caring I wouldn’t have bought another car there. They’ve got my loyalty for sure.

Today I went to test drive a car, without the original intention of purchasing. But I’ll tell you, Olivia was FANTASTIC. She let me test drive the first option I was looking at & then when I decided it wasn’t what I wanted, she sat with me & helped me decide what really was the perfect fit for me. I went from a 2017 Chevy Equinox to this wonderful 2021 Altima!
Liv & I now have matching altimas! She was such a pleasure to work with, and went above and beyond for me today. So thankful for her! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone!!!

I just got a car from here 2 days ago the customer service and the energy is next level. Chris did an amazing job, however I encountered a problem with the car on my way home with it and they were amazing. The service dept is great and clean, has a nice waiting lounge and they sent me home with a temporary car wile they fix my radio/dash problem. They were extremely fast at looking at it and getting me set up with the new car all together under an hr. They are fast friendly and polite and really seem to care about their customers

I recently purchased a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SE! I originally went there to purchase a Jeep but didn’t “love” the ones I chose to look at. Before leaving Colton and Bryce decided to show me a Mitsubishi that I otherwise wouldn’t have given the time of day. To my own surprise, I fell in love with the car. They actually put me in my dream car that I wouldn’t have even looked at on my own. The process was fast, stress free (for the first time ever) and I had my car in 2 days. Very pleased!

I got my Kia soul here with Mike Ferrett last summer. Got me out of a bad lease thankfully. Anyways, my girlfriend has been looking for a car for about a week and I told her we should go see Mike. She told him she liked jeeps then told him everything she needed in her new car. He pulled around the Mitsubishi Outlander and said it’s everything a jeep is but would save her 10k+
She fell in love with the car and he worked tirelessly running back and forth to the finance department in order to get it to fit her budget and gave her a better deal on her trade-in than any other dealership. I actually do not live in town & I seen a 2017 jeep renegade that my daughters heart desired. Not only did they get the vehicle reserved for me, but they actually hooked me up with a third-party to get the vehicle wrapped in pink. My daughter just turned 18 and this is her first car. She dreamed of a Barbie jeep and they drove the car all the way from Austintown OH to Northern Virginia = five hours away!

I had to have my Chrysler 300 towed there from another Dodge dealership in the area. I dealt primarily with John who treated my car as if it were his own. He went above and beyond and even corrected an issue the other dealership ignored when I had asked them to check it out. Just recently bought a Jeep renegade from Chris. He is a great salesmen, he often went above and beyond for me even when the situation wasn’t the easiest to figure out. My work schedule is hectic and he was willing to stay a little late past closing when my work wouldn’t let me go at a decent time. He also tried to figure out a problem with someone needing to sign papers but were 3 hours away. We went through many plans but we finally reached a successful one which lead me to be able to buy the car I wanted. His urgency and kindness made buying a car a whole lot easier and I’m thankful because I wouldn’t have the Jeep today.

There are three people that made my car buying experience amazing.

First, Anthony Acierno, the salesman, was honest straightforward and a pleasure to work with. A lot of our communication was done over the phone. He always kept me in the loop and checked in on various occasions as we waited for my car to arrive. It’s easy to see that he truly cares about his job and his customers.

Chuck Trenz, the sales manager, also served a vital role. He never hesitated to help. He is very knowledgeable and he truly gets excited about the car buying experience. He was genuinely happy for me when my car arrived. We had a fun time looking at some of his artwork while we were waiting for paperwork. Chuck is very passionate about his work and it was a pleasure to talk with him.

Deanna, the finance manager, is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She’s very caring and devoted ample time to answer any questions I had. She definitely believes in what she does.
