Kitchen Abz

Started ordering meals a few weeks ago so we could decrease how many nights we eat out or even worse get fast food. We work long hours and don't seem to have enough time to cook health meals. Kitchen Abz has been an amazing game changer for us. Everyone gets to pick what they want and so far the meals have been delicious. We're extremely satisfied we the wide selection and taste.

I’ve been with Kitchen Abz for about 3 and a half months. To date I have lost over 47 pounds! I am a 50 year old woman 2 years into menopause & I was hopeless & stuck until I discovered Kitchen Abz. Not only have I lost weight but I feel a thousand times better! It has been life changing for me. The food is delicious. I have yet to come across something that I don’t like. I’ve always struggled with dieting & meal prep. This is an absolute game changer. It is budget friendly & I feel like I save money because I’m not making impulse purchases because I barely have to go to the grocery store! I save time, money & no food waste. I pick my food up on Sunday & it takes me a total of 15 minutes to drive there, get my food & back home. And the customer service is top notch! Tom goes way above & beyond to help his customers. He spent an hour with me at his gym just to help me learn which exercises I should be doing. He did not charge for his time & there was zero pressure to join the gym. I wish I could give 10 stars! Keep up the excellent work guys!

I have tried so many different diet and food prep programs and this by far has the best tasting food and the lowest pricing. Also the customer service is awesome. Thomas really takes time to figure out your needs and customizes your food to your needs. I have had a lot of health problems in the past and have a very restricted diet due to medical conditions and he easily adapted the meals to my needs and checked in on me regularly. If you are on the fence just give it a try, you won't regret it!

Such a fantastic food service. I have meals delivered every Sunday for my weekly lunches! The food portions are very generous. The taste is fantastic! You have to check them out. You will love it!!

Kitchen Abs has been a life saver. I've struggled with my weight yo-yoing through different diets and not getting the right nutritional needs by ignorance. Being a mom of two toddlers and a wife I've put myself on a back burner and not having enough time or energy to meal prep. This has made it so much easier. I appreciate the meals and the portioning to fit what I'm trying to accomplish with weight loss. Can't say enough good things.

I absolutely love ABZ! The food taste amazing! I get meals for Monday-Friday. I am noticing I’m losing weight but I do need to do better on the weekends.
The price isn’t expensive, what I spend on ABZ kitchen, is pretty much what I was spending at the grocery store on healthy ingredients. But, with ABZ, my meals are already cooked and all I have to do is pop them in the microwave which is very convenient for someone who has a busy schedule.
Aside from the food and price I’m very impressed with the group of young men who work at ABZ. They all are very polite, nice, and professional.

We started using Kitchen Abz a month ago. The next week, my husband started with his own subscription, and now my adult son is using it, too!

The food is very good. Everything is fresh and measured out and it has really helped me maintain my weight with the portion-control...even though I splurge on the weekends with 'bad' food like pizza and beer and cookies.

This week, I'm going to be 'good' and not have cheat weekends. I'll update my review with my actual weight loss. BUT, weight loss or not, the value of the meals for the quality and convenience is unbelievable. I have tried all the 'fresh delivery' services where you do the prep/cook/cleanup and it wasn't worth it. With Kitchen Abz, all the work is done! This is going to revolutionize our ability to age-in-place with great tasting and nutritious meals.

I love how the menu is different each week for 4 weeks, and then it repeats, so I can have my favorite dishes again.

Food is delicious!! And I am picking about flavor, strata was delicious. Turkey is seasoned just right and love the flavor. Now my self discipline....needs work. Could tell a difference in my energy level and not getting that tired feeling mid afternoon. Tom is great texted and called very helpful!! He really cares. Pricing is just right too!! Between training myself, training others, working and college courses, my schedule is insane. Meal prepping was sooo hard to do. I’ve tried other meal prep companies that were TERRIBLE!! The food was disgusting and it was expensive as heck. I heard about Kitchenabz and figured I have nothing to lose. I LOVE IT!!!!!!! I am an extremely picky eater as well. The menu is on point! You can pick up your meals or have them delivered for a small fee. And the food is GREAT!! Highly suggested to use this company for your meal preps!!

I’ll have to be honest, I was a bit skeptical of this meal prep service - it sounded too good to be true (price, delivery, variety, taste etc.).

However the reality is, it really is that amazing! The customer service first and foremost has gone above and beyond my expectations. I had an issue when I ordered (my mistake) and it was promptly fixed 2-3 minutes after messaging them on Instagram.

I also LOVE to cook so I am skeptical of others meals, especially one that has immense health benefits. However, these meals are truly delicious, rightly portioned and full of protein!! I am super grateful this service is here and thriving. I can’t wait to see results and plan on being a long-term subscriber. 10/10

I started ordering off Kitchen Abz after I put in a Google search for healthy meals made locally. I could not believe the price!! Online meal delivery services send you frozen foods and are double the price of Kitchen Abz. The food has all been delicious. Buffalo chicken was my favorite so far.

My husband and I wanted a meal prep service for various reasons. Kitchen Abz meals are delicious and their cost is reasonable. We spend as much as we normally would have at the grocery store and have cut down on food waste in our household. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a meal prep service.

I can't say enough about the meals, service, and what this program has done for my life. I'm a busy mom of 3 little ones, and I was desperate to find something that could help me gain back control of my life and happiness. I heard about Kitchen Abz through my mom (her trainer buys meals), and I took a chance and thought, why not. I live fairly far away but the delivery service was able to deliver to my city and it is WELL WORTH every penny. I started eating the meals and the weight started falling off. I’ve tried several meal prep companies and have returned to Kitchen Abz. They’ve been the best priced for the quality and amount of food received. On top of that the owner provides personal service with checking in to make sure your meals are where they need to be portion and energy wise to fit your health needs.

The meals are delicious. The entire service is very efficient and organized. At $7.50 per meal it’s the most budget friendly meal prep service around. I have been very satisfied with the entire deal so far. I feel like this is a very sustainable alternative to the quick, unhealthy meals us coaches usually turn to and it doesn’t cost much more. Pickup food once a week and pop your meal in the nuker. It couldn’t be easier...

I am so happy with this place! I actually heard about it through a friend and thought to try it out. Since I’ve started I have lost around 20 pounds. The food is portion controlled, which I always had trouble doing on my own. It is also healthier options, but still DELICIOUS! I have recommended this place to other people and they’ve loved it as well. I haven’t heard one bad thing and I personally, have no complaints!

This is the best meal prep I have ever tried. So many choices each week so you aren’t eating the same thing over and over and it all tastes great. Really convenient to just grab a container each morning before work and have no cooking or dishes to deal with.
