great service, i recommend all my friends and family...they actually take the time to understand your computer problem and don't just wipe and erase your computer and all the files from it like the geek squad did. i had to go here to have my important pictures recovered from what the geeks at best buy did to my computer, never again will i go to the geeksquad

I can't say enough of how awesome this place is! They fixed my hard drive when no one else could! It's my main home office computer that I need everyday so not having it means I was out of business. I had left my computer at another place and it took them a week and said they were pretty much out of options. James didn't even need 24 hours to assess and fix my hard drive. James is fast, courteous and very professional. James kept me informed of the progress and was very reasonable in price! Luckily this place is right here in Avon at the intersection of French Creek Rd and Detroit Rd. I will never use another service! Best experience!

Jimmy did a great job at coming out to my house, picking up the computer, fixing it, then bringing it back by the next day, within 24 hours. Yes he is still open, if he doesn't return your call simply just call again he is worth it because he actually fixes my computer and it works so much better than new. I saw that one star rating about if he's still in business, YES HE IS!! I know he was recently off a week in October so I just waited because like I said he's worth the wait and always done a super job! Thanks Jimmy!

Jimmy was SUPER helpful and kind. Not only did he solve my issues with my computer, he did so efficiently and effectively. I was able to bring my computer in, get a diagnosis, and have it repaired all in the same day. I operate a business so this was crucial to me getting up and running again asap! I needed my business laptop repaired because it had ALL of my files on it so I ask neighbors who I could trust to bring my laptop too. Everyone said Computer Crisis. When I went to his Avon storefront I was greeted by a young man named James. He had a couple tables around him with piles of computers literally EVERYWHERE! I knew this was the right place. I went over my urgent problem with him and he assured me he would get me fixed up. I left my computer with James and roughly 5 hours later he calls me. You're all fixed up Vince. Excellent repair shop! They were very friendly and professional. Fixed my HP Laptop for a good price. The geek squad said that it was not repairable and I need to buy a new laptop. When i came to get the computer back, the store manager was very helpful and took time to set up my email account and make sure all my pictures and files were still there. I have a home business where I need to have my computer up and running everyday. James came out the same day, picked up my computer, repaired it/upgraded it at the shop and had me back up and running the SAME DAY. It was a little extra to have things upgraded but WOW it was well worth it. Found my new IT support for my business. I contacted Computer Crisis and James came right out. He was very prompt, friendly and professional. My desktop computer would not boot up so he took it back to the shop to do a full checkup on it. He got the problem fixed by the following morning and then set it back up for me at my home office. I was very surprised by the amount of time he spent to make sure everything was working. Definitely will use them again!!!

Did an amazing job fixing i up my computer with the latest hardware so now it's faster than when I first purchased this pc. They looked extremely busy when I dropped it off but got it back in just a couple days! Geek Squad backed up 3 weeks! Support Local!

James makes understanding everything with my computer so easy. He is a great source for any tech knowledge. I've brought my computer here twice and it's always a good learning experience plus he does such a wonderful job getting me back up and running again.

James helped me out in a pinch. One of my kids accidentally broke the screen on my laptop. As a nursing student I needed to get it fixed, or a new one. I feel I got a great deal on a new laptop, that had upgraded software to run a few programs I use for sewing, photography and fabric designing. He also got all the files from my old computer transferred over for me. Super friendly too.

Fast, friendly and got my computer fixed by the next day! Jimmy came in early on a Friday morning to make sure he would have my computer back to me by that Saturday(next day)! You don't come across customer service that good everyday, pay him a visit.

They offer quick computer repair services and do a great job at repairing your computer! Had a laptop that wasn't running so good, took it to them and they got it running better than it ever has in years!
