Went in yesterday to get a new unit, I have been with Storage Rentals for 10 years, time for a change. Ariana was wonderful, she helped answer all questions, was friendly, personable and offered top tier customer service. Grateful for the security they offer.

Ariana was great and knowable in helping me rent my storage unit. She has great customer service skills and provided an exceptional experience!

Shauna was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was a big help in securing a rental unit for my wife and I. There was very limited storage here and with her help we got the unit that we needed at the best price.

Ariana was helpful in reviewing my bill and email address. Took time to answer my questions even though she had people waiting. Very good customer service.

Price was reasonable, area is clean well maintained safe and secure. Teri who helped me through the process of getting the storage unit was very helpful. She showed me the units and how to get in the units answered all my questions. Was very friendly and knowledgeable answered all my questions.

Affordable and convenient storage! Security gate and app access to open gate and pay your bill. Office staff is very helpful. Highly recommend!

Teri the property manager is the best, always helpful when I needed

Teri provided excellent customer service to me today! I came in looking to view the size of a 10x10, not sure if it'd be enough space. She was able to show me a comparison on a larger unit and I made a decision based on my needs. Thank you for making my first experience an excellent one!

I lost everything in a flood August 24th I had to put what I didn't lose in the flood in storage and I've never had to have a storage unit in all my life and to have such caring , understanding and compassionate workers that treat them me like family and secured my belongings like it was their own..... 💯🙏

There's no one like Teri. She is an amazing asset for this company. Her knowledge, her help, everything exudes passion for the job. With this storage I now have 4 storage units which I'm renting. It took Teri minutes to sign me up and show me the unit. An employee like her must be rewarded. My reward is in coffee and donuts next time I stop by. This just a general overview of my experience for the last 4 years at this storage facility. The staff, especially, the manager Teri, have always gone above and beyond to help me. The property is well maintained, the gate access works wonderfully, and I haven't experienced any water issues in the unit. I am thankful that Teri and her team give me piece of mind and great customer service. I look forward to continuing to use this facility for my storage needs.
