Good shape hotel. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Accommodating staff. Had to extend my stay by an extra day and it was easy to do so. Front desk staff was nice and willing to help. Overall a good experience.

Amazing customer service!!! I stayed here recently and the women at the front desk and also serving breakfast were extremely informative and kind. Traveling as a vegan can make eating out difficult and sometimes I'm lucky to get hashbrowns and dry toast for breakfast. Not here!!!! AMAZING VEGAN BREAKFAST SANDWICH HERE!! A great way to start the day, great way to show your customers that they matter. Thank you!!!

We had to get a room in the middle of the night and find this hotel. The lady of the front desk was amazing very kind, room was clean and breakfast offered a good variety , the lady who was in charge of it was very friendly and helpful. Good place.

My family stays here every time we're in town. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast is amazing. And the entire staff are all absolutely incredible! From the front desk, to the General Manager, kitchen ladies & cleaning service -- everyone is always polite & willing to help customers any way they can! Thank you for all that you do and keeping a smile even when other customers are being rude to you. My family and I appreciate you all more than you know. Keep up the great work!

Nice rooms, we had the 2 room suite that was reminiscent of a small 1970s apartment, it was super comfortable! Front desk staff was superb as was the cooking staff during the free breakfast. If you need take out, especially late definitely try Cocca's Pizza!! Super great people, good food and delivery to the hotel.

I don't like to stay at hotels because you just never know how clean and safe they are.

Everything was great about this hotel. Stayed with 2 young kids and lived the pool. The water was so warm!

I've been staying in comparable hotels all over the Midwest and South regularly for the past four years. This is the cleanest place I've stayed in. It's mid priced and a good value for the money. The staff are efficient and friendly. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. I stay here exclusively when I'm in the area

The folks here at this location are by far the best I've come across in my travels, lifetime. Customer service is their top priority and they all take that very seriously. The staff is well trained, they've shown kindness and support in my time of need. If they can't help you, believe me, they've exhausted all measures. And if you're STILL not satisfied, it's probably you that's the problem. ☯

This Fairfield Inn is run very with great staff and leadership. The front desk personnel on a recent 2 day visit did their utmost to assist me when there was a glitch in the reservation. Breakfast is very good and considering that it is free it is top notch! So many items to choose from making it very attractive to stay frequently when revisiting the Canton, Ohio area.

Was really impressed with this hotel! It is recently renovated. They have breakfast which is pretty good considering the price point of the hotel. Room was also better than expected and a great size.

Great rooms front desk staff is excellent

Stayed here last night. Very clean and modern. With nice toiletries. Location is easy to access from I-80. Fairfield has come a long way, and it’s becoming a favorite over Marriott’s more esteemed brands in the hotel group.

This is an exceptional hotel in my opinion. My room on the first floor near the door was in a quiet location. The room was spacious and cheery. There were various types of pillows on the bed so I was able to select one that suited me the best. Although I had to search for the microwave and refrigerator because the desk clerk didn't tell me anything and there was no directions in the room I finally found it in a cupboard low to the floor. Elderly person or one with disabilities might have a hard time operating the microwave since it is so low to the floor. I like the fact that the hair dryer was in a bag on a hook behind the door rather than mounted on the wall. The shower was quite spacious with glass doors. There was a seat to use while showering if necessary. The room even had an ironing board and iron which I used. I would definitely come back to this hotel over other ones in the area.

Everything was exactly what we needed when we took an impromptu roadtrip from MI to NYC when our flight was cancelled, but we had Broadway tickets!!! A special thank you to the team member that welcomed us after a very stressful day! Incredible customer service! 🥰

This was a very nice clean hotel. They also offered free breakfast. It was pretty good. Guest services was very courteous and made sure we were comfortable. The beds were comfortable and they also offered Netflix on the tv but you did have to login. After a day it auto signed you out which is great. Overall it was a great stay.

The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained. The desk staff was very friendly during check-in. The driveway could use some attention as there are huge potholes along the way. There's not much else in the area, but we're only here because we're on a cross country trip and didnt want to drive any further.

We were on our way home from a road trip and needed a last minute hotel to break up the drive. We were able to book a room at a decent rate when we were only a few minutes away from the hotel. The room was great! Recently renovated, and very clean. It was a very welcome stop in the middle of our trip home. I think it would have been a very comfortable place to spend a few days, head we needed to.
