Was staying in for a funeral and passing through and it was a very pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly. Had a nice conversation with the night desk clerk. Front desk fixed one of the issues I had. I believe her name was Kim.The breakfast hostess was nice as well and helped me figure out the waffle maker and find the best way to get to Walmart. I don't remember her name but she was very helpful and kind. Most of my stays at Hotels, staff is very..lacking. It was a nice change. Rooms were very clean. I couldn't get into the pool but it was not a big deal. I only take some points off due to the luggage cart being very awful. I will be staying here from now on when I come to see family.

This is a very comfortable hotel, just off Hwy 80. We had a suite, which was very big and nice. Loved having the cookware in the room. Also loved having a lot of lights in the room--so many hotels have terrible lighting now. The breakfast was kind of a typical hotel complementary breakfast--actually a bit less selection than most places I've been--but the breakfast bowl was different and good. Everyone I talked to at reception was very nice. Recommended!

Better than expected. Worth the extra money from the surrounding hotels. Place has everything, and very clean.

Staff were very friendly, Breakfast spread had lots to offer!! Rooms were very spacious with 2 queen beds, pull out couch, and kitchenette with a full size fridge/freezer. Very clean pet friendly hotel!

Very convenient location, clean, and welcoming, with good breakfast choices and a nice common area in the lobby plus a fire pit patio just outside for having your coffee and breakfast, reading, meeting up, doing work. I used the Texas Pete sauce, but the ketchup packets at the breakfast condiments station were fun to read.

Great location right off the I-80 . Well kept place at a reasonable price. Georgina at the front desk does a good job with customer service. Hilton properties are now so easy to use with the digital key!

For a budget hotel you can't go wrong. Clean, spacious, professional staff. And the breakfast is really good. We don't usually stay at this level of hotel (not that they're bad, we just don't). But would return their in a minute.

We stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton for the first time, because our usual Hampton Inn was fully booked.

This property is fairly new (about six years old) so in fairly good condition as a result. The hotel is pet-friendly and while I did see a couple of leashed small dogs during my stay, there was no odor or pet hair to be noticed anywhere. The lobby is attractively furnished, although it appears the bench seat in the lobby could use some upholstery cleaning.

The pool area is beautiful although we didn't get a chance to use it. Equally beautiful are the outdoor areas.

Our room was clean, although the dust ruffle on the bed looks like it needs to be washed. The room was very quiet inside and I never heard other guests or pets. The kitchenette was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and utensils. A sign in the kitchen offers a mini cooktop and cookware upon request. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. It did take what felt like a long time for the shower to get hot - at least a full minute if not more. We liked the shower-mounted shower gel and shampoo dispenser - how convenient!

Being used to the Hampton Inn by Hilton, I was hoping for the same breakfast options, but this was not the case. (I'm a huge fan of Hampton's omelets, sausage patties, and bacon - even though I'm aware they're pre-made, they're REALLY good.) Breakfast offerings included pre-made breakfast sandwiches (which were quite tasty!), oatmeal, make-your-own waffles, cereal, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, and juice and coffee. I'm sure they had hard-boiled eggs, but I don't recall seeing them. Also offered was a scrambled egg "bowl" with cheese and peppers & onions, but scrambled eggs take on a grainy texture when frozen, and I would not choose this item again. Breakfast is offered 6am to 9am weekdays, and 7am to 10am weekends.

Every worker I encountered was friendly! From Gabby at check-in, to the desk clerk who got us extra soap, to the maintenance worker who was collecting the trash bins outside, to the worker who was evidently taking a replacement tv to a room, to the lady who shared the elevator with us - each and every worker smiled and greeted us! It was really nice to be treated so well!

The property is located just off OH-11 near I-80, so it's ideally situated for travelers. There are a number of restaurants and gas stations nearby. If you're looking for a great extended-stay suites hotel, this is a great choice!

Checked in and fell very ill quickly, not due to the hotel.
The manager called 911 and sat with me while we waited for an ambulance. She also called my wife bqck home as I'm traveling for business. Very caring staff, very friendly. The room is nice, clean with a modern retro feel. I will be staying here again. You have a very caring staff here. That personal type of care is nice in this day and age.

It's a beautiful building with an excellent, respectful, and very welcoming staff! The rooms are generally bigger than most other basic hotel suites/rooms and definitely has a more luxurious feel to it. They also allow pets for a moderate fee per animal but it's well worth it regardless if you have any or not. They also have a pool and a few really nice outdoor areas you can chill out at, one even has a relatively nice grill in the patio area. I can say without a doubt that I'll be planning a visit in the near future! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Beautiful clean location right off the freeway. Manager Dina is a wonderful host who ensures all her guests happiness! Pet friendly so bring in Fido! All the housekeepers and kitchen staff rock!

We needed a place on our two day travel trip. We checked in late night, in less than 5min. The front desk attendants all were pleasant and friendly.

The beds were comfortable, the suites roomy, the water hot on demand, a microwave and a medium-size fridge with freezer that actually hold groceries, plates, pans and silverware, a dishwasher, the ability to request a portable burner at no extra cost. Complimentary Coffee and Tea all day.

The lounge was huge and inviting, a patio with chairs around a gas fire, a pool and gym. These things we did not get an opportunity to use or explore much, but they were there!

Breakfast was pretty good too. A waffle iron to make your own waffle, plenty of toppings, breakfast sandwiches, cereal hot and cold, fruit, toast, muffins and an array of juices. I also grabbed a frittata which was delicious.

Over all, this was a pleasant experience that I will hope to repeat soon!

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Everything you need for a long stay. Cook in your room instead of having to eat out every day. Family oriented. Pet friendly. If you forgot anything and they do not have it then find it at any store within 3 miles.

Great place to stay for the cost. Bed was very comfy and had really soft sheets. The free breakfast was pleasant. Loved having a complete refrigerator with freezer, dishes, dishwasher. Nice size room with plenty of sleeping space for family of four or five. We will return here next trip up to visit family again.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. When our TV was acting up they promptly came up to the room to fix it. When it wasn't a quick fix they moved us to a new room, no hassle. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great... we didn't make it to the pool but it looked nice from the outside. When they say pet friendly, it absolutely is. Everyone was sweet to our pup, they had treats at the ready and even had a doggy bag with a travel water bowl for her. We will definitely be booking with them again.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Check in was easy and everything was ready for our family when we arrived. The person at the check in was friendly and helpful. It was getting late and we forgot several things so we repeatedly contacted the front desk for help and were always greeted with a smile and a warm response. Everything we needed was taken care of. The room was large with lots of extra space even with two beds and the pull out couch opened. Everything was clean and in working order. Breakfast is my favorite. Home2 does a great job with providing good, healthy breakfast options. Their coffee is really good, even the decaf! Our kids loved the variety and the taste of the food even though it was healthy. The pool was clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. Wifi worked well in the room and throughout the hotel. The hotel was easy to find from the highway and there are plenty of food and gas station options right next to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great stay!! Huge clean room. Comfy bedding and pillows. Very nice property. Breakfast area needed a little help as there were few utensils and the two knives available in the drawers were both dirty. Other than that everything wonderful! Especially loved the fire pit area after our concert.
