The Home Depot

I deliver for multiple apps so I visit a lot of stores and restaurants but don't actually dive into shopping or eating. That being said, the staff here are friendly and seem like they'd be helpful if you have any questions while shopping.

I needed help today. I’d rather be in Macys or Michael’s. I not a hardware girl, at all.
I want to thank Lou for getting me out of there fast. Haha. He knew exactly what I needed, walked me to that aisle, explained everything and was so nice! Just a great employee. He is worth his weight in gold, bosses!

The staff is super friendly and actually attentive and on point...
They honestly make Salem look bad.
The store is super clean.
And when I had questions, Salem's staff could care less...
Salem, let me down!
Austintown came through.
If it wasn't for Nina in salem, Austintown would be my go-to store.
True story....

Yesterday Debbie and Michelle assisted us in setting up a ProXtra account for our new cafe and these ladies went above and beyond for us! I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a long while and we were blown away. We are happy to make frequent visits to this Austintown location. The employees all over the store yesterday were friendly and smiling. Thank you!

Not my normal Home Depot, but definitely one of the best for quick help and customer service. Friendly service with a smile and kind words.

Always shop here. They have my furnace filters, among other things that I buy. Can't wait to buy my salt for the winter months.

I don't know if she will see this or if anybody that actually works here sees these reviews, but I want to extend a special appreciation for Brittany ( I think that was her name. I wish I would have wrote this review a couple of days ago) but she has extremely long brown hair and was working in the gardening/ furniture section when we were there. She went out of her way to get the things that we needed and made no fuss about it and she was extremely sweet and kind and I appreciate that in somebody who is helping me out. So thank you!

Always one of my favorite places to shop! (Wife hates it. Or me🤔). Almost everything a man needs can be found at the Home Depot

If there is anything in or on your house that you need to repair, replace, or upgrade, the chances are pretty good that they have it at Home Depot.
I admit that I have been ordering a lot more on line than I did several years ago, but there's just something to be said about being able to look at something before you buy it.
The best part about Home Depot is their helpful and knowledgeable staff. They are not just sales people, they are advice people. Everyone I have ever interacted with has been able to answer my questions and sometimes give me solid advice when having to choose between several similar items - and they haven't automatically steered me towards the more expensive choice. I appreciate that.

I am at this location daily. Always have what I need. If issues arise, the staff do whatever is possible to fix it. I value customer service. Mark is great. Always will stop what he’s doing to lend a hand or offer his knowledge. Peggy and Debbie are great cashiers. Always smiling and friendly. Michelle is always my go to for kitchen design and anything related. Dan in electrical is fantastic as well. Appreciate all of you.

Me & my fiancé came to buy a washer & we had our 18 month old with us, she’s a typical toddler and started throwing a tantrum and the 2 girls helping us l managed to calm her down & the one girl sat on the floor with my daughter and colored with her! was seriously the sweetest thing ever and helped keep her calm. I believe their names were Victoria and Ashley. They went above & beyond and it was very much appreciated!

Associates are always willing to answer my questions. Can spend hours up hours in the lawn and garden center when its flower and gardening season. Christmas they always have a great display and variety of items.

They always have a class doing something, dont forget to check that. They give military discounts, which is much appreciated!!

Stop at the PRO DESK if you need it they can get it. I've ordered items for my drivers in other cities and they always help me set that up.

Stop in and you wont be disappointed!!

This store is run perfectly with great service from the store manager the pro desk, the service desk and customer service.
Always neat and clean so you can find what you need.
This is the only store that I'll spend my money in and be satisfied with what I paid for.

Busy checked out some Weed Wacker batteries Ryobi - Like Wow- Expensive!! But they have a 3 year warranty-now I need to find the receipt for the one I have.

Your everyday homedepot. Has what you need and typically when you need it. Good selection of items for your projects and better yet is the online capability. I did have an issue with a rather rude cashier my last time. Typically no staff issues. She was just rather rude.

As I was checking out, Tracey was AWESOME!! VERY HELPFUL, POLITE!!! I've had to make several trips and thankfully, she has been there. Even though it's now "self-serve", she has come over and helped me both visits, because I am working with one arm in a sling!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
That is the reason I will continue to shop at Home Depot!! I stopped shopping here because of previous poor customer service. But because of my last couple of experiences, I will continue to shop at The Home Depot!

In the return and pick up center there is a girl named Patricia With purple hairand a big smile. She extensively helped me through every issue I had But she loved her job and you could see that she loves her job. Because she goes the extra mile. I was thankful for her help and I feel that I've made a new friend. Thank you Patricia.

I constantly use the home depot app for all my ordering needs. It's quick and easy to use. Plus they offer in-store or curbside pickup.
