The employees are very helpful! It does get annoying how they have to throw offers in your face to get commission, but that's their job. Other than that, I'm always in and out of this store!

Rep Will did a really great job of activating our new phones and helping switch our old phone info over to our new phones. Will is an awesome Service Tech Representative .

I came in with a pretty difficult task of syncing a new phone from a phone with a completely broken, unreadable screen. I really didn't think it was going to be possible and I had accepted that I'd probably lose everything I had on that broken phone. Willie spent over an hour with the devices and was finally able to retrieve everything. He honestly went above and beyond and had a lot of patience with the issue. It was probably the best customer service I have ever received from ATT.

I always go to the AT&T store at 6000 Mahoning Ave. because the staff there is friendly, personable and always on point. They get you in and out without much delay, and with a level of professionalism that I myself and I'm sure others appreciate. Shout out to my people working hard there for AT&T.

Representative went above and beyond to help resolve issue. He also reviewed our account and was able to save us money. This was the best experience I have had with a representative. I will only returning to this location in the future.

I received Great service from the store manager, David. He was very patient with me and explain everything with my new phone and the changes to my account. During the interaction he was working with me he also helped keep my son entertained.

I had a broken iPhone X & I was unable to make phone calls, text, open emails etc.. all of which I needed to switch over to a new service. My sales rep Bruce was extremely knowledgeable, patient & resourceful. And extremely friendly. I feel like we’re friends now lol. Highly recommend 😊

Austin turned a completely horrible experience into a great one! Upon being treated so horribly by our initial rep Amanda, Austin went above and beyond to get us the correct phones we paid for. He even drove to another store because one of our phones were unavailable at the Austintown location. If it wasn't for him tonight we would've canceled our brand new plan and stayed with our current carrier. He fixed the mess made by the previous rep and spent over 3 hours with us getting everything straightened out. He definitely deserves a raise and a promotion! If you're looking for an honest person that actually cares about his customers, Austin is your guy!

Very nice location. Austin took his time to help me figure out the best plan for my needs. He also took time to show my 70 yr old mother how to use her new I phone 13 pro max 😁

The current staff there helps you with all your needs and services. They even helped me get out of an old locked prepaid account i could no longer edit

I had to get my new WiFi box activated went in and had GREAT service. And also found out that the data saver option was on with all my phone. The sales girl showed me how to shut it off which sped up all my phones. Thanks for the great service today!!
