Quality Inn Austintown-Youngstown West

This is one of the cheapest hotels I've ever found when traveling across the country. And usually at the price it's sketchy and gross. But this place was super clean, nice, friendly staff, a restaurant connected to the hotel, breakfast included and one turn from the highway exit. Plus the gas station is right in front so very little stops before on the road again. They also have cameras in the hallways, which is a safety feature I prefer.

After driving for 10 hours our family was exhausted and welcomed a bed to call it a night.

This hotel was clean and pet-friendly.

We did not take advantage of the free breakfast. We hit the road earlier than the breakfast was open.

Really clean location!
It might be older but I care about clean more.
The bed was super comfy. We are actually going back there end of our trip.
Breakfast was offered. Basic offerings.
I don’t know if there were boiled eggs earlier, we went at 8:30 but a protein offering would be nice. I can’t have dairy so the yogurts would be an option for others.
Reasonable, quiet and easy on and off the main route.

I left my computer charger behind and the hotel staff found it and mailed it to me.
The room was clean, and the free breakfast was a nice touch.
The front desk staff are friendly and the manager is wonderful.

While traveling to New York we decided to stop part way and found this motel. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was. The staff was great and there is a restaurant attached where we had an excellent meal. The room was very clean and comfortable. Price was good and all in all a very very nice stay. One thing I especially liked is they have fresh coffee in the lobby all the time. In our travels, we have stayed at many different brands of motels and I would definitely rate this one in the top. We. Will be back!

This was one of the nicer Quality Inns in which we've stayed. The pool was really nice, though the rain spoiled our getting to actually use it. I don't bother reviewing hotels unless they're of a certain level, and this Quality in compares favorably with much higher star-rated hotels. Rooms were spacious, and the lobby was quiet and comfortable enough to do some work and chat with coworkers over a drink before bed. My colleague suggested the gym was well-appointed also.

My truck broke down and I stayed here for 2 days. I was treated very well. The rooms were very clean. The restaurant was awesome and had specials every day. The food was fresh and delicious.
But the best part of my stay was the concierge Amanda. She could tell that I was worried about my truck...she answered all of my many questions with a smile. When I needed a cab she assisted me. Then there is Casey...the afternoon desk clerk. She was great. A very nice Russian lady Margaret ask me over and over about my stay.
I think that the personal service that I received makes this crappy situation with my truck tolerable.
I will stay here again.

I had to give this place 5 stars. The room was only $60+ tax but the beds were comfortable, pillows were cushy, everything was clean and in order.. AND had a small fridge and microwave. Friendly staff, too. I'll stay there again. Great price for a road trip stay over.

Excellent hotel for the price. Perfect location! And lovely staff - so helpful. Obviously it has been renovated recently. Very nice! Wished they had a fitness room, bit that would be my only negative.

Nice clean hotel! The night desk clerk was friendly enough & very efficient. The continental breakfast provided many options including gluten & dairy free choices! Debi, the breakfast attendant was also very friendly! Kudos BW Meander!!

The lady who checked us in was so nice. She helped me book a room when i was having problems doing it online. She was so accommodating and had a beautiful soul.
Room was really clean. Beds where hard on my back. But its not the beds its i used to my pillow top mattress. Had really hot water to shower.
Breakfast was good granddaughter had the eggs and toast. She really liked the eggs. Husband enjoyed the eggs and sausage. I enjoyed the fruits.
Checking out was so easy! Thank you to the stsff for s wonderful stsy! If i get bsck again ill br back to see ya!

Very comfortable room especially the bed. Price is good would definitely recommend.Have stayed here a few times while traveling.

First of all, the location for this property is perfect, right off I-80. We always stay here when playing at the awesome Westside Bowl in Youngstown, a very short drive away. Parking was perfect for us as there was plenty of room to park oversized vehicles w/ trailers like ours. Wifi was fast and easy to connect. The suites here are huge and worked out great for us as we have an odd number of people and a couple rooms host three people. Rooms came with coffeemakers, microwaves and mini-fridges which oddly enough, you don’t always see at properties. There’s a few 24 hr food spots in walking distance as well. Outdoor pool and exercise room are offered as well as laundry. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and much better than HIEs. The landscaping here is super impressive as well. What stood out the most at this property, which doesn’t just come stock with the Quality Inn brand, is the excellent cordialness of the gentleman at the front desk. He helped us out with a special lodging need and was all around pleasant and cheery. I highly recommend this property and have had nothing but great experiences.

I had excellent extended stay here for a utility contract in the Youngstown-Canfield area. The front desk was helpful, friendly, and responsive to any question or concern I had. The location is close to all your needs: groceries, gym, restaurants, and gas stations. Thanks again to the team there for a wonderful stay!!

I have stayed here twice in the handicapped-accessible rooms with family and friends. The staff are courteous, the rooms are clean and I have slept comfortably and affordably here. I will always book here in the area for accomodations in the future!

They need to put a bridge in the back to make it easier to walk to the restaurant

It was good for the price. The room and bedding were clean. Front desk guy was nice and thorough!

Guy on the phone was real friendly during inquiry. Check in was easy and all the amenities promised were available. Cleanliness and furnishings were as expected for the price point. Would stay again.
