The staff at the office are very enthusiastic and attentive. If I have any problems, they will be enthusiastically helped and resolved. The apartment is very good to live in, comfortable and convenient and close to school

Vivo is a great place to live! The Maintenance Team is always quick to respond to any issue. The Office Staff is very kind and helpful. I like it here! I recommended staying at Vivo.

Vivo, near the university, is a top-notch community. Proximity to campus is a big plus. Well-furnished apartments, helpful staff, and lush greenery create a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Highly recommended.

It’s a well maintained apartment near the university of Toledo with food options nearby, a bus stop nearby and a good locality. I have lived here for over a year and do recommend this place for good student housing. The staff are available 7 days a week during the day so that is really nice in terms of raising concerns or issues. Overall a great place to live

Moving into Vivo Toledo as someone who came all the way for Nigeria has been a nice experience.

The apartment layout is spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable and modern living space. The amenities included in the apartment truly enhance the overall experience.

The move-in process was quite seamless. The staff at Vivo Toledo were incredibly helpful and efficient. Any questions I had were addressed promptly, and they made sure that everything was in order for my move-in day. I got emails that kept on notifying me on the need to cross items off my checklist so as to enhance a smooth move in process. This level of professionalism and support made the transition into my new apartment in a breeze.

The location of Vivo Toledo is also worth mentioning. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, I appreciate the convenience of having shops, restaurants, and most importantly, it's within close proximity to UToledo. It typically takes about 10 minutes to my campus building.

Any maintenance requests I've had were promptly attended to by the maintenance team, which further speaks to the dedication of the management in ensuring a comfortable living experience for residents. I actually reported a maintenance issue in the morning and by the time I was back, it was fixed already.

In conclusion, I would definitely be recommending Vivo Toledo to anyone in search of a quality living space especially UT and potential UT students. My move-in experience has been smooth, enjoyable, and hassle-free.

Amazing maintenance and leasing staff. Always answers questions and gets things done in a timely manner. On move in day, my apartment was clean and move in ready. I will be renewing for the next year!

It is one of Toledo's best apartments. The area is extremely secure. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living room are all nicely constructed and furnished. There is plenty of parking and laundry facilities. The residents are also very friendly. It is a pet-friendly neighborhood. It also has an excellent maintenance team. So I am very satisfied with what the Vivo community offers its residents. I am grateful to be a Vivo resident.

This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It is located close to the University of Toledo Gateway so it is easy to commute to the university. The Maintenance of vivo is extremely good and they fix any issues with the household immediately as soon as they receive an maintenance notice
Overall it is a good place to stay in and around the UT

This is such a beautiful community! Extremely well kept, and fairly close to the University campus. I had the pleasure of speaking with Christianna from the office. She was excellent! Christianna has a great attitude, and was very friendly. I had a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to students in the area.

I’ve been with Vivo for almost an year, and I’ve decided to continue my lease for the next term. Very nice place to live and really friendly staff. Being located within a walking distance to all my classes has also been really convenient. It’s been an awesome living experience. Great apartments for an affordable price especially for college students. Vivo, overall is a great community living place to start at if you are looking to move to Toledo!

I have had the best experience at Vivo! The leasing staff is absolutely AMAZING!! Isabelle and Faith have helped explain the leasing process to me and I really loved the model!

It's close proximity to the campus makes it an idea spot to live, plus they are giving the place a make over the exterior siding plus new doors and windows

The staff itself has been quite amazing so far since I've been living here. Always friendly and helpful if you ever have any questions. The four person buildings on top of the office are great. The apartments are always in great shape and look great as well. This is the place to go for a nice and close to campus location. You can't beat their prices as well.
