Went above and beyond any expectations I could’ve had prior to coming in. She took lead and owned my issue as if it was her own. I will come by this store every time I’m in the area and I have any issues or concerns with my phone or services.

Omg the lady that was there was beyond amazing we where joking and playing and she helped me the best she could truns out we have the same phone and the same case I decided since I was there my son needed a case for his phone and I needed a case well I didn't need one I wanted one she helped my son put on his screen protector and his case for him she threw away my case box and his the only thing I didn't do was catch her name I wish I had we need more people like her in retail in drive-throughs in the public eye you walk in there and you instantly feel the love and the joy for her job take it from me who has to fake love my job every day if she was faking it she was doing a very good job of it I kept telling her she was my new best friend and I truly do hope that she sees this thank you for making a bad day great

Amanda is the biggest reason for my 5star rating !! She has great customer service, very knowledgeable, very helpful, very respectful, patience , positive, answers alot of questions before you even have to ask and she works quickly! She deserves a raise!!
