Studied the used car selection in the lower price category as my Plan B in case my 2006 Colorado with the check engine light couldn't get another 2 yr exemption. I had heard good things about Anchor from a former boss. What a great experience I had. The salesperson I had was Ali, frankly I was a mess, after spending hours at another dealer. He seemed genuinely happy to meet me. It really helped that I walked in knowing what I wanted. I have heard about the lack of good used cars but I refused to have that be my experience. Ali listened and went to get the vehicle. A brief moment of fear it was on hold but not so. His first comment to me was what a nice vehicle it was. Because I'd had a rough day I asked him to drive we took turns. I kept asking if it was the right vehicle because it looked new on the inside. Not sure anyone had ever even sat in the backseat. The outside had a few dings but mainly great. Now I am the happy owner of a 2012 Hyundai Tucson. Light blue/gray. Very satisfied with my experience and very grateful.

Went for general maintenance service on Saturday for my forester purchased new from anchor ⚓ in 2020 and still received excellent quality fast accurate service from them as always. Glad to be part of the Subaru family at anchor ⚓

Super selection. They have qr codes on all the cars to look up the details which is neat unless you don't have a smart phone. Didn't seem to have many salesman there. No one approached me to help but I'm just tire kicking right now so I didn't really need them.

Has great staff, who make sure that you're taken care of, and your vehicle is fixed/kept up with. They tell you what's wrong, after working hard to figure out the problem, and can explain it to you if you don't understand. Their staff are polite and friendly; very nice people.

Totally positive experience. Ali helped us find the car we want, gave us plenty of time even though it was close to closing, and had our car cleaned and ready next day. Could not possibly ask for a better experience. Covid protections seemed adequate.

Subaru is in my mind in the top 3 Japanese car imports. Their AWD system is hands down refined to perfection. Theres a reason why people are trading in their cars for Subi's now. Subaru of America stands behind all models too.

I came in with my wife and son to handle a matter with a door guard and Adam in service was very nice and helpful. Greig in sales came by to see what the problem was with the car and must have seen me in the bay area which he came over to see what the problem was. It was nice of him to come over to help out even though he was in sales. He stuck around to make it his problem to assist in any way. If it was any other Subaru dealerships, they would just walk away and don't even care about you. The sales manager was very nice and friendly as always whenever we come in for service. Mike the manager in service was very helpful as well too. So far, Anchor Subaru is the best place of all Subaru dealerships I've been to hands down. They go above and beyond more than any other dealerships. I highly recommend this place and all the employees that I have encountered with are really great. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Anchor Subaru is one of the best dealerships there is - the service staff are courteous, cheerful, and helpful. They listen well, and can figure out what your concerns and needs are. My wife says that they do not act as if women customers are helpless or ignorant.
We have had very good experiences here and plan to use it for many of the needs of our Subaru Forester.

Have found them ready with answers to any questions you may have. Top notch waiting area with all the amenities you would expect to go with Subarus as well as other cars. I had my car inspection during this visit. $55.00
I had the coolant hose replaced due to a recall. While I was there I had an oil change, tires rotated, they replaced my windshield wipers, topped off fluids and a 15,000 maintenance: replaced air and cabin filters. $199.00, alittle pricey I thought!

I lease a 2021 Forester and was in for the regular first service. Everyone was great, respectful, and professional. Took about 1 and 1/2 hours with a complete wash and all.

Anchor Subaru hands down the BEST service department! Bought a used off brand in 2019 and they have been amazing to me!!!
