Stayed here last weekend in the Hunter room. Scott was very welcoming! The room was clean and well appointed. Very impressed with the hotel. Wish we had more time to spend there and we will definitely stay again in the future!

I had been camping for a few nights and was ready for a bed and a shower. This place was excellent!

The owner Scott was very helpful in getting me setup with a room last minute. Great advice on beers (The Brewery on the corner), what was open for dinner late in town, etc. He know a ton of the history and local stories.

Beds were so comfortable, shower was hot and great pressure, rooms were well decorated and the main sitting room was very welcoming. Great breakfast and coffee setup in the morning.

Would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic experience. Scott and Tricia were extremely accommodating and thoughtful in the design and layout. All the comforts of a chain hotel with a much more intimate feel.

Amazing place with the privacy of a hotel combined with the charm of a bed & breakfast. The owner Scott was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the location is perfect. The common area was great for socializing with friends, and the rooms are well matched to the town's history. My wife and I would both recommend.

This was our first time staying at the Broadway Hotel. We were given a warm welcome by Scott, the owner. Once we got checked in he gave us a tour and shared the history on this historical building. Our rooms were lovely, breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed playing games with our group of 10 in the great room. Super cozy and very inviting. Philipsburg is one of our favorite places to visit and staying the night in this neat location was a treat. We will be back. Thank you!

Amazing service at the hotel. Very clean and the proprietor takes service to an extra level given all of the little details he handles to make sure the time spent is comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we go back next summer!

Coziest place I've ever stayed at in my life. The owners are super nice and really made us feel welcome and gave us a good idea of what to do in town and what was open when. Room was immaculate, the decor is unique from room to room and is really interesting. I love all of the wildlife photos and maps on the wall. I spent a good while just reading them and learning about Montana. My first choice if I was to ever stay at a hotel in town again it's a really cool place.

Loved the building! It's adorably done and the rooms are very nice and clean. Claw foot tub was the highlight for me. Continental breakfast was amazing! So many little details!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights for a romantic getaway without the kids. Scott who runs the place was super welcoming and helpful as soon as we arrived.

The kitchen was well stocked also had a fridge for us to store food and drinks in. The common area has comfortable furniture, a fireplace and was great for relaxing and reading or having a glass of wine before dinner.

The location is awesome right in the middle of downtown and next to the sushi shack.

The room we stayed in exceeded our expectations. The sheets were super soft and high quality. The room was very clean and thoughtfully furnished and equipped.

Will definitely come back again with or without our kids.

Broadway Hotel is highly recommended.

After a full day sifting for sapphires, we rolled into Philipsburg with reservations for one night at the Broadway Hotel. Not only did Scott meet us at the tailgate of our rental, a welcoming text was waiting for us before that as soon as we regained cell service on our way into town. Scott is good. Within five minutes of conversation we discovered a shared college alma mater, having known the same friends, and a love for Texas. My son, mother, and I stayed in the Montana 1 suite, which was ironically the highway we had traveled on much of the day previously. The room was well appointed and easily accommodated us. The wifi worked and breakfast was unique and filling the next morning. The Broadway Hotel’s charm, Scott’s welcoming nature, and the overall presence of Philipsburg exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is a gem! Family owned and operated, the best hotel we have stayed at during our 15 day travels. Clean, reasonably priced, breakfast was a treat and the hospitality was the best! Scott gave us a tour, shared tips for places to eat and drink and things to do while in the area! A lovely stay and would stay again if we are in the area!

This is a great place to stay when hitting the slopes at Discovery. I booked a room because I had some business in PBurg. It's right in the middle of town, so really convenient for walking around. It has parking, so no worries there, either. Lovely rooms appointed with very comfy bed/pillows/linens, the private bath had a healthy stock of shampoo/cond/body wash/qtips/cotton pads, etc. The room faced the main street but was not loud at all. Fresh coffee is made every morning as well as a fresh baked good (homemade muffin/scone) and many other items to choose from in the fridge or on the counter of the common area (fresh fruit/granola/yogurt/etc). I would say the staff is responsive, but management is so hands-on I never had to ask for anything - whatever I needed or wanted was already attended to! A beautiful historic property with all modern conveniences (chargers/wifi etc). I look forward to more visits to the Broadway!

Beautiful, clean room with everything better than we'd hoped for, wonderful breakfast with delicious homemade scones, and best of all, the owners are incredible people who are kind, considerate, and very helpful.

We had very high expectations, and this hotel and its owners managed to beat them. Thank you so much!

Scott and Tricia, hotel managers, are awesome. Great hospitality and wonderful references for local activities. Hotel is unique with individual themed rooms. Everything is clean, comfortable, and way above average. Fantastic breakfast-homemade scones, fresh fruit, coffee, and so much more. This is a fun place. Anytime we're in the area. This is it for us.

We arrived to a friendly greeting, and welcoming check in chat. After being given a house history and tour we were shown our room. It was charming, spacious, clean and had a customized greeting just for us, it was exceptional service!
The light breakfast options in the morning were perfect, coffee on brew and when we checked out, we received the same friendly service.
We'll be back in this area again, and we'll surely want this to be our stay of choice.

Terrific and comfortable accommodations. Historic building. Themed rooms reflecting local history. Great location in Philipsburg (very
small and cute town that has enough of every thing)and close to great fishing and skiing. The owners and operators (Trisha and Scott) are friendly and attentive. Great breakfast. I plan on returning.

Philipsburg is a wonderful old mining town dating back to a mid-1860s trading post and mining camp. The Broadway Hotel was built in 1890, a year after the adjoining building which now houses the Philipsburg Brewing Company. Scott and Tricia Lyons recently took over management of the hotel, and the hospitality shown by all of the staff is exceptional. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was Scott and Tricia Lyons friendliness and devotion to ensuring that all of their guests are thoroughly enjoying their stay in the hotel and Philipsburg.

The continental breakfast was fantastic, and worth the stay in itself. The menu includes coffee and tea, fresh-squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, toast, and my favorite, apricot-ginger scones. The rooms, we had a suite, were well lit, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower great with no shortage of hot water.

There is plenty of off-street parking., and we made many new friends while eating and/or enjoying an evening glass of wine on the patio. The walk to the Philipsburg brewery took less than a minute unless we stopped at the Sushi Shack on the way.

We had a wonderful stay at the Broadway Hotel, and thank all of the staff for abetting the feeling we live there. We will be back to enjoy the ambiance, hospitality, friendship and evenings on the patio!

Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Very clean and comfy. Philipsburg may be a little off the beaten path and the stay here made it worth it!! Nice, relaxing day on small town Main Street with history. Fun drive to Garnet ghost town from here. Owners helpful and friendly, also liked the breakfast options for starting the day.
