Very cozy and comfortable, Karen's rooms are so relaxing and give you a warm hug feeling. 🤗 This is a great place!

What a great place to stay. We were very pleased with our room and furnished kitchen,with microwave,toaster oven as well as a range top. Coffee maker,dishes and blender, small fridge. The bathroom was much larger than I expected. Shower no tub but perfect for us.
It's clean and comfy and quiet. The manager was very nice as well. The office is quaint and decorated with all sorts of things from the past.
My only regret is that tomorrow is my birthday and after going to the Sapphire Mine I would love to stay another night. However,it's already booked up.
I highly recommend staying in this little gem .

A true gem of Phillipsburg. Great pricing..staff..rooms..ambiance..location. The owner, Karen..is the most accommodating, friendly person you'll find. 5 stars really aren't enough for this local treasure. A must visit!!

So clean comfortable and just amazing for the price! It helped that we were set to have a queen bed and a cot for our boy, then showed up to a two queen with a twin! Happy birthday surprise for our kiddo haha! Obviously taken such great care of we are very happy! Highly recommend

Owner is super nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and reasonably priced for families! Great place close to historic Phillipsburg and to great skiing.

Lovely local inn. Very cozy, clean and quaint. The sheets are so comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows in the room. I LOVED the view of the mountains just outside my window. Fast wifi too! The owner is a very sweet lady, polite and cheery. I LOVED that there were several books of various genres in the room just in case you forgot your own. Overall a very pleasant place to rest my head.

I checked in today, room was comfortable, clean, has everything i need for my 6 day stay. The Manager brought me over a coffee maker, and a few days supply of coffee. Refrigerator & microwave help for my 6 day stay. Best rates, conveniently located, Great Manager seems to take care of everything. Glad i booked here!

We showed up last minute and they had a spot available, great price and friendly staff. Basic sites, nothing fancy, with full hook ups. Can't say enough about the bathrooms!! Clean, air conditioned, just like home, great water pressure on the shower. They even let us park the trailer so we could drive out to the mine after checking out. Definitely recommend for staying when in phillipsburg.

What a great place to stay! The rooms are perfect and so clean. Sherry got us checked in so we could get downtown; and Karen, the inn keeper let me borrow a phone charger. The room was clean and spacious enough for three people, there was a refrigerator and a microwave in our room, could not ask for more!

A lovely little Inn, which might not grab your attention at first glance. But the manager was pleasant and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the price was just right. There was satellite TV and a mini-fridge in my room, as well. I highly recommend this Inn.

We have stayed here MULTIPLE times. We have used both the rooms and full hookup camping at different times. Owner is friendly, courteous and fun. Camping spots are roomy . Great jumping off point for fishing, shopping, and site seeing.

Kitchens for those with Allergies! We stayed here recently and loved the town. The Inn at Philipsburg was perfect for us - traveling with a child with allergies is stressful and this place, with it's kitchenette and grocery store just down the street, was perfect. Karyn was lovely during check out, as well. We loved the town and Inn.

Great little motel. Room is super clean, easy access, and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but exactly what I look for: friendly staff, clean and family run. Will stay here again.

I must disclose that I am acquainted with the owner. However, my recent visit, after a lapse of 17 years was great as always....Philipsburg is a very cool historic mining town and the Inn is well-located with all the amenities you could imagine. RV's and campers are welcome, too, and the value is fantastic. Karyn and her staff are very welcoming and will meet your every need, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable about the region and all its attractions. The place stays busy all year round. Pets are welcome. Rooms include TV's. Just be careful you don't hit a flamingo...the place is swarming with them!!

The Inn at Phillipsburg is a continued good thing about Phillipsburg. Bottom Line: It's Clean, Affordable, Convenient, Great Views Nice Down To Earth Management. Enough Said.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Very clean and quite and close to town!

This Inn is CLEAN. The people are friendly, accommodating, and nice. Would stay here again if we ever make it back thru P-burg.. Highly recommend.

Room was clean, rate was more than acceptable and it was just a couple minutes from downtown. Make sure you call a few weeks in advance to reserve your room.

RV park is great. Accomodations are great. Quite and full hookups. Very nice owners. Reasonable price. 35.00.
