Geraldine's Bake Shoppe & Deli

We went in search for a treat and chose Geraldine's. There were so many options to choose from! I was impressed that there is a lot more to choose from than I originally had thought. There were brownies, cheesecakes, peanut butter bars, key lime bars, cookies.... and there are lunch options too!! Check to see what they have that you will enjoy!

This is a nice place to stop for breakfast or brunch. I get the vibe that this is a place for people to be regulars at, sip coffee, munch on a sweet roll, read the newspaper, and chat with family and friends. The place has a nice atmosphere. I didn’t purchase any bread, but it appears that they bake daily and have a large variety of baked goods. We ordered a Reuben sandwich and a sausage sandwich. They make them fresh when you order. The sandwiches were very tasty. You can get a drink to go with the sandwich. They are homemade, so they are priced accordingly. We also purchased a cinnamon roll. The roll was super good. The roll was very large. The building was clean inside and has plenty of sitting. I recommend stopping by this place if you’ve never been. It’s a pleasant a treat.

Went there for a lunch date with a friend. It was nice clean and quiet place to have a great conversation.

We both ordered the strawberry chicken salad. It was really yummy and filled with strawberries, maderine oranges, slivered almonds, grape tomatoes, and blue cheese. It had spring mix greens, not just iceberg lettuce. We had raspberry vinaigrette dressing and a crescent roll on the side.
I also bought two bags of rolls, parker house and crescent, to take home to surprise my boys. They were so tender and fresh. They smelled and tasted delicious. I'm definitely going back to try their soup and sandwiches next.

Next time I'll pay an extra 1.50 for more meat, but that's just my preference.
The water was ice-cold and there were about 14 types of cookies to choose from for dessert.
Tried the almond Florentine, it was crunchy and chewy at the same time.
Looks like I beat the lunch rush by about 20 minutes...

We love the soup and loaf in the winter. Sandwiches are also great. It is local and a great place to grab some sweet rolls, bread, cookies or other desserts.

I love the soup here, but they're so slow. Sat at the drive-thru waiting for my order for over 20 minutes.

I love going to the idaho falls restaurant to have lunch the sub-sandwiches are the best in town.

This is my go to bakery in Idaho Falls. I have yet to try something I don't like. Their sandwiches are my favorite and very decently priced. Their sweets are a steal. My kids especially love their giant sugar cookies that are way cheaper than you'll find in most other places. Trust me, I've bought them all. Make sure you go early. The best stuff sells out fast such as their cinnamon rolls and sticky buns. I will say that I prefer to go inside rather than use their drive thru. The speed on their drive thru tends to be a little slow.

The cinnamon rolls are amazing! Great veggie sandwich and their bread is delicious! Prices are very reasonable and the staff are quite nice. Definitely going to become a regular here.

If your looking for the Honeyhole of all breakfast places to fill your tummy with Greatness you have found it. The store is set up perfectly with breads and a tasty menu that will bring you back for seconds. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. They even have a drive through. I had the double order of Biscuits and Gravy. My food was delivered to my table by a wonderful part of the staff that had a nice warm smile. My food was soooo good! The Biscuits were huge fluffy and soft. The Gravy was outstanding! Creamy greatness with big chunks of meat and alot of it. They don't skimp here one bit. Your gonna leave full with a happy smile on your face. Most of my followers will agree with my review and will probably return with friends so they can get ahold of all the greatness this wonderful restaurant has to offer. Enjoy!

Super yummy sandwich!!! Got the French dip equivalent (I believe it was called something else). Best sandwich I have had in a long time!! Self ordering system so no interaction or customer service to note. My food was ready in less than 10 minutes.

Amaaaaaaazing sandwiches. Swing thru and grab the California club and grub the heck down. Dont forget to grab a couple cookies to wash it down. They also have an awesome daily soup lineup.

Had the breakfast sandwich, it was good. Friendly service. I do miss all the family photos that were there. I understand biz was sold a bit ago.

Breakfast is amazing, biscuits and gravy with eggs, perfect. Cinnamon rolls have frosting and not cream cheese coating, which is a big deal in my house. Soups and sandwiches are also delicious. My only complaint is they are in Ammon and I live on the westside.

The biscuits and gravy are the bomb. Buttery biscuits and excellent sausage gravy. Great prices, and for a better breakfast than fast food. Highly recommend.
