Govinda's Buffet

We’re so happy we stopped here on our travels from Ohio. Excellent food. Great Fellowship. The Temple is beautiful. We also loved touring the grounds & petting the Llamas. Highly recommended.

They have an amazing buffet. The food is delicious, prices were good and the people were very friendly. The atmosphere was very calming and pretty. Will definitely be back.

The food is really good, but the people are also wonderful to visit with. We spend time with parrots and the Llamas. We were also able to visit the temple. They have a cute gift shop as well. There are multiple reasons to stop in.

Came here once 6 months ago with my wife, being curious. Had a fantastic meal, which shocked me…as I’m NOT a vegetarian. Best egg plant I’d had in 30 years.

Brought a dear friend with me today…he being a vegetarian. Wonderful experience yet again.

Food is delightful, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Ate until full, and whatever that orange porage-looking stuff was, I’d like a 20lb to-go bucket. Goodness sakes that was amazing. For $10, this meal was the best experience in town…

I love Govinda's buffet food... it is authentic fresh-made food. It's not a huge buffet, yet it has soup, veges, salad buffet, and 4 or 5 entree foods to choose from... I get plenty full with this buffet's fresh choices 😀 And, the price is $10 for adults and $5 for children... can't beat the price!

At very reasonable price you can enjoy best vegetarian buffet. Do try!. I liked the papad (taco like crispy ones). This place brought out calm and peaceful vibes.

Wanted to try something new and ordered through door dash. I got the 5 course platter and definitely got my money's worth! Good portions and lots of flavor. Highly recommend 😁

After years of wanting to come sample the vegetarian buffet I finally went. I got take out and so glad I stopped by. The food was delicious. There was an instant party in my mouth. I tried all their dishes and none disappointed. If you like Indian food and lots of flavor this is for you. I will definitely be stopping by anytime I’m in the area.
My favorite was this green sauce I thought was salsa but dang! So much flavor. It was spicy and sour and minty. Soooo good. I need a name and a recipe so I can drink it and slather it on everything I eat. Their dessert was excellent as well. The price is insanely cheap so just go try it.

I took my parents there on a visit to Salt Lake City. Calm and soothing atmosphere, smiling, kind and gracious hostess and soulful, healthy tasty and economical food. My parents and I were grateful to be here .

Such yummy food! The people were so friendly and the food was so tasty! They have a punch card that is such a good deal (it already is a fantastic deal!) We love coming here when we are in the area! A necessary stop for sure!

Great place to eat. U can eat outside & with beautiful surroundings. A few peacock walks on by to chat. The temple is lovely & a great place for kids to see the animals or just a romantic spot for two. I’m not a vegetarian, my kids are & they enjoyed it. It’s a must place to go go.

This place is one of my most favorite for Indian food, especially vegetarian dishes. The food is prepared by Krishna devotees and it is authentic and spectacular. My favorite time to go is on weekends or after Sunday services. During the week the buffet is $8 and after Sunday services it is by donation. There are so many delicious offerings and you can taste the care and experience that the talented devotees put into their food offerings. The people at the temple are so kind and our kids love coming to see the Llamas.

Thank you for the love and care you put into the food. The woman from Nepal (I forgot her name) that prepares food is an exceptionally talented cook.

Very informal buffet inside a hare Krishna Temple. The people were super nice. The food was good enough for me to return twice in the two days I was in the area. You can walk around the grounds which are quite attractive.

Great, authentic Indian food. Cooked by Krishna devotees. Total destination experience—got to feed and pet the llamas after eating. Beautiful views of the mountains everywhere and perfect for a picnic during warmer months. There’s even a playground for kids.
