Always a great experience. We won't go anywhere else as their customer service is top notch and their product is top quality. Through the years they have been very good to and will work with you to find just what you are looking for. Recently stopped in for just a small piece and ended up staying 15-20 extra minutes just talking. Again, will not purchase flooring from anywhere else!

Lisa was very helpful and let us take our time deciding on a particular carpet while also educating us on different styles of carpet. Installers were very conscientious and careful with the carpet install.
