A warm and welcoming place to stay. My room was clean, the beds comfortable and the evenings quiet. Perfect.
The upstairs sitting area is delightful and well stocked with tea and coffee. The continental breakfast is a perfect start to the day. The gas fireplace makes short work of turning cold January days into warm relaxing evenings. Did I mention the hot chocolate that was always available?
Looking forward to my next visit.

The epitome of a charming small town business. Staying in a historic building offered a unique experience that added a little spice to our visit. The room was beautiful with french doors that opened out to a beautiful view of the sunset and let in a soft summer breeze (and closed snugly when we were ready to tuck in for the night). We were greeted warmly and the sitting room offered a comfortable place to read and hang out while decided how to proceed with our day. This place really is a gem.

What an amazing place to stay. Lynn is more than terrific. Very accommodating and just wants you to be comfortable during your stay, The home cooked breakfast she brings is an incredible touch to an already above and beyond service provided. The cleanliness of the facilities was top notch. Everything worked perfectly. The history of the building is a total wow factor. We will be back at some point again to stay here. Thank you for making our weekend stay amazing. We stayed in the Chinese room.

The building was built about 140 years ago. I love the history. The rooms have been completely updated about 15 years ago leaving the charm, but providing all the comforts of home.
There are four rooms and a sitting room. On one of our days, we were able to look in the other rooms. They are all very charming. We noticed that two rooms have a joining door which we look forward to using in the future when our kids are a bit older.
The breakfasts were great and every person connected with the property that we saw made sure our stay was a pleasant experience.
I look forward to staying here again.
Thank you for the memories.

It’s quite obvious that Lynn, the proprietor, cares very much about her business….. She’s an integral part of her community! We came over from Butte to stay in the Chinese room, & LOVED it…. The king bed was sooo comfy, the room itself was tastefully furnished, and also had built In air conditioning that was temperature controlled. The breakfast provided was delicious with a unique homemade touch that only Lynn could give.. her personalized efforts & lively conversation were greatly appreciated! We’ll definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I loved this place! It feels like stepping back in time with how old the building is but it's so well maintained! The mural room was cozy and super cute! The owners are very sweet and accommodating. Lynn made a delicious oatmeal bake for breakfast that catered to my dietary needs. They even leave a $10 gift certificate to shop at the mercantile store downstairs which is a super cute gift shop! Overall a must stay when you're visiting Philipsburg!

Hospitality at it's FINEST. Lynn is a fabulous hostess! From the welcoming email prior to our stay, to the last goodbye. The breakfast was wonderfully prepared, and presented each morning, however Lynn's company, and conversation each morning were the highlight of each meal. The room was meticulously clean, and very well appointed. Wonderful, historic decor and charm tangled beautifully with modern day amenities. The Kaiser House will be our "go to" every time we find ourselves in Philipsburg.

The hotel itself is charming and unique! My husband and I stayed just one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer. The room was impressively clean. (I am in the lodging business, so I am extremely judgemental on cleanliness.) The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will recommend this property to anyone looking for lodging in Phillipsburg!

Excellent accommodations! Lynn has great taste in items for the store on the main floor and her husband was very helpful in directing us to some good wine selections in the wine and cheese cellar. Amanda made a wonderful breakfast casserole for the following morning and is a pleasant conversationalist as are the Kaiser owners. Really good people. Very comfortable bed and lovely murals on,the walls in the Mural room. We will definitely be back

Excellent place to stay! Beautiful room (Mural Room), comfortable bed and great bathroom! Breakfast was good and we had an enjoyable chat with the gal serving. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to staying here again sometime.

Beautifully restored old hotel with loads of ambience & charm. We stayed two nights in the Chinese Room and skied at Discovery. I normally don't sleep well while travelling but I did here! Lynn & Amanda are delightful, and served up a delicious breakfast in the communal breakfast room; met some interesting fellow lodgers as well. We definitely plan to stay again next time we're in Pburg.

The Kaiser House provided a wonderfully decorated, spacious room that was comfortable for my family (with 3 small children). The owner is the sweetest person which added so much to our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

P.S. Quietest air conditioning I've ever heard, or not heard.

We just stayed in the Mural room and it was fantastic. Clean as a whistle and filled with quality touches. Our included morning breakfast was incredible as well. Highly recommend staying here if your ever in Philipsburg.
