Just don't. there are places in the valley that are just as cheap(if your looking at the right time of year). The management is a mess. The ESA process is a joke, and there is no communication. The rules are ridiculous and to nit picky. Enjoy your freedom. Go rent somewhere else.

oh yeah, also there is no AC. The heat is finicky, and the apartments are a disaster. There is no air filtration, which is super bad(especially if you have asthma like my husband). You will need to be a dehumidifer and an AC unit, which even if you do it'll still be about 80 degrees+ in your apartment during the summer. The conditions were so miserable, that I got a UTI that I am still healing from(5 months later).

Trust me. Just go somewhere else. It's not worth the money or time.
