Membership is well worth it, particularly if you are buying for several pets. It's not cheap by a long shot, but great deals are available.

You have the dog food that we use on the shelf, your shelves are alway stocked. The employees are very helpful and friendly. This is one store I enjoy being in. Thanks 😃😃

Went shopping for two new furbabies. Very helpful staff. Got everything I needed. Good selection in the dog section. Prices were fair. Some good specials. Will return for more things I want.

The crew here in Ponderay are wonderful. If the higher ups can hang on to Kaleb they should do everything in their power to make sure he stays and trains all new staff. He has a wonderful attitude, is very knowledgeable and cares about the 'guests' of Petco. Angel was wonderful as well. I have other choices but choose Petco because of the friendly and helpful employees.

I became the unexpected foster parent for four cats and a dog. The Petco staff patiently explained how to survive the first week as well as suggesting what merchandise would make caretaking easier (including how to use the recyclable kitty litter bin.) Finally, they helped me organize the items for my car (photo of full trunk included.) I’m grateful for the kind staff at Petco.

What an awesome crew! Manager Chris was extremely helpful and pleasant. Following Chris, assistant manager Brian was just as helpful and it kept going with every interaction we had, including the cashier who had a crazy amount of knowledge about roaches and some awesome pictures of Geraldo, her 2.5 pound frog.

They're always really great with my dog. They're good at communicating and letting me know when she is ready to be picked up

Mostly what I buy at Petco is crickets to feed my fire bellied toads that I also bought there. I have always gotten great service and my frogs are happy with the crickets.

Lots of cool stuff for my puppy I've got nerd Kong toys and playology toys and little snacks there and I take her touring around the little fishies and stuff pretty cool place

So nice! My dog is 9 and this was her first "in store" experience. The staff was so kind and gave her a pumpkin treat at the end of our trip :)

Colton was the most wonderful and friendly help I have had for a long time.
He really went out of his way to make sure I was getting what I would require for my purchase and knowledge to go with it.
He helped me figure out assembly before I left and made sure everything was there as we questioned the last box available looking like it had been opened.
A dying breed amongst the younger generation.. I really appreciated his kindness and help.

Scheduling online did not allow me to book my two collies simultaneously. I called the store and Without hesitating Cally scheduled them at same time. I live an hour away so this was a huge customer service move for Petco. Cally and team did a great job with my border collies!!

The people in here truly care about your animals. I went in after my dog was attacked on a hiking trail and they set aside everything to help me get exactly what I needed. Thank you

Sage went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dog food for our little corgi! She took the time to read the labels and educate me on how to give the best nutrients for our dog. We super appreciate all her effort!
