North Gurley Mobile Park

We recently moved to Gillette and had a housing issue so we could not buy a home we were interested in. I am 7 months pregnant and have a toddler and 3 pets. My family and animals were all living in a hotel while we tried to find a more permanent housing situation. I called apartment complexes and property management teams. They either didn't get back to me or had really strict pet policies. As I was in tears and so lost on where to search next my husband made a call to Holly who met us 20 minutes later at a home she had available. She was so kind, our pets didn't bother her and we didn't even have a job lined up yet but she pre-qualified us and let us move in as soon as our back ground check cleared. The whole process was easier than ever imagined, the way she works with her tenants is so layed back and helpful. We are so grateful to have a home for our family.

North Gurley MHC is a vey quiet place to live. The manager (Holly) is awesome! She is so nice and friendly and makes you feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

By far, the best deal in town. I saved over $200 a month by choosing this park. Very convenient location to downtown Gillette.

The manager is amazing and will work with you one whatever you need. She is the best landlord I've have to date!
