Most helpful experience I have ever had highly recommended

I called two days ago to seek a free legal consultation and the secretary Jennifer who needs to retire, gave me false misleading information that I compared with other attorneys in the area. I asked to speak to her supervisor Mr. John Wilkinson, and he said he doesn't even handle criminal law which is not true. He said he is based in Idaho but only deals with civil litigation. I called by accident today because they were part of my call history and Jennifer told me to stop calling. I asked to speak to her supervisor and he yelled at me saying " You are to stop calling here do you understand?", to which I responded "you are to treat better and be more helpful do you understand?". Because I told him that him and his staff were rude he accused me of verbally assaulting him. I have filed a complaint with the Better business bureau and am looking to file a complaint against him with the Bar association of Wyoming. Golden girl Jennifer laughs like that character from Tales of the crypt.

Not very helpful, assumed I didn't know lawyer's practice throughout a state, and when mentioned that, just basically said they weren't even willing to look into it because it would be too much of a hassle. Is it just me or is it our white collar workers not wanting to work either?
