Truly incredible service. We just moved in to our new home and found ourselves in a bind - Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure that not only was our oil tank full, but that our system was working as it should.

You can tell this company and their employees really care about their customers and work tirelessly to ensure each one is safe, comfortable, and happy.

My son & wife just moved into a house which had been serviced by Bousquet in the past and ran out of oil 3rd night in house at 11:00pm on a Sunday with Blizzard due on Monday. Service Tech was awesome and came out at 11:30pm to deliver the oil and get heat back on. Thank you!

Haven’t ordered oil from this business, but I stop here sometimes on my way to the Dogpark for water. The gas is on the cheaper side, the prices inside are fair, and they’re always polite.

Good old school gas station and oil business! Have everything from gasoline,heating oil,diesel oil,kerosene and propane at competible prices!

They have been here a long time, although I think the name has been changed. The gas prices are usually a few pennies less than the other stations around the block. Not a bad little store for last minute things, but like all small stores a bit expensive for some stuff.

I would highly suggest for those who have contract with Bousquet Oil, to do at least once boiler cleaning with an independent HVAC contractor. We were in contract with them for 2 years. After finish contract we had our boiler cleaned/serviced by an independent contractor and we found out that Bousquet never cleaned our boiler as they were supposed to (we had yearly maintenance done by them twice). But more importantly due to poor cleaning our CO (carbon monoxide) levels we WAY ABOVE FDA approved lever of 300.
In addition to all this, now our boiler is at a greater efficiency and we for sure used less oil in the same amount of time as compared to last year (even if compared to the same amount of cold days that we had last or before last year).
They are nice, but some shady business going on. If boiler is not cleaned properly, boiler's efficiency is compromised thus it means you use more oil. They are oriented to get more money FROM you, not safe money FOR you!

Tried to arrange auto pay, no go months before very elderly dementia parent died in cold house due to no oil, pipes bursting during severe cold snap, flooding house. House totaled. Do you really think this company values you as a customer? Parent was a long standing customer, fell sick after the COVID shots that were never needed by a homebound. Parent not a valued customer by this shameful oil company, obviously. Plus they charge much more per gal for oil than many other companies…..avoid!

My grandmother passed away and Bousquet continued to deliver oil as there was a large credit on the account. They subsequently cancelled the account, without sending a check for the remaining credit to my grandmother, or the estate. If I had never called because I was checking on the status of the house and oil tank level, I never would have known they cancelled the account that THEY OWED MONEY TO. An absolutely disgraceful way of doing business that would have undoubtedly resulted in a massive freeze up of the house. When I called, I was informed of the cancelled account.

If you want to take care of your older relatives, or have any house that requires a reliable delivery service, stay as far away from this place as possible. I can't imagine the way they treat customers who don't give them thousands of dollars ahead of time.

There are so many fuel oil companies. Pick a different one.
