We got catering from here for my husbands birthday and it was absolutely delicious! They made everything fresh in front of us and helped us with everything! I love them, they made it so special and it was very affordable. You can work with them on the food menu and any other special requests. It was one of the best meals I’ve ever had catered!

Great little lunch spot in downtown Middleboro. Great to see new businesses popping up in town. I heard good things about this place and was happy to be able to try them out. Ordered the chicken salad and it was great! Food was home made delicious,the staff was very friendly, and the prices were reasonable. The only thing I would say they would need to improve on is to get a bigger space, they're getting too popular!

The Main Ingredient is truly a local gem. The owners, Jess and Dave, are friendly and genuine, taking the time to talk to us and make it a great experience for even the most selective eater in our family. The location is fantastic, right across the street from the library, and truly in the thick of this adorable town center. I can't say enough about the Cobb Salad. It is fresh, prepared to order and cooked to perfection. The bleu cheese dressing, fresh avocado, and fresh-grilled chicken were the highlights for me, but it was all delicious. Our non-sandwich-eating daughter devoured the turkey sandwich as soon as we got home. It won her over! We will be back again, for sure!

Stopped in for the first time this afternoon. The service was quick and friendly. We had a roast turkey on wheat, and another on marble rye. I plan on returning to try the Granny Smith Grilled Cheese. They also carry Church Ladies Preserves which raises funds for North Congregational Church in North Middleboro.

I am mostly disappointed in myself for not trying this place sooner. First, the staff was very accommodating and friendly during our visit. The food tastes outstanding, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of the meal. This place is the epitome of a hidden gem. I will definitely be returning.

Absolutely DELICIOUS. The lobster bisque was amazing with loads of lobster, and the Ruebon was perfect. The staff was all friendly as could be. I would have liked if they had the heat a little lower but YOU KNOW, YOU CAN'T HAVE EVERYTHING! 🤣 JK keep up the good work guys.

We used these lovely people to cater our baby shower yesterday. They were professional, kind and flexible as we had to navigate many changes with the surge in the Covid-19 variant. Being 35 weeks pregnant, Our goal, first and foremost, was our safety and the safety of our loved ones. Their food was delicious and beautifully presented, and they honored our request of individually packaging everything for a grab and go option. As a result, all our guests left feeling full, and safe.

Thank you again for making our day special. Your patience and understanding while rolling with the many challenges we have all faced these almost two years and (continue to face) made everything come together in the end. Your food was a hit and your customer service was exceptional. God bless!

Wonderful owners were very kind to us and gave us lots of information on local things to do and see on our vacation. Husband was originally from NJ like us! Very cool people and absolutely delicious sandwiches. Drink options are limited but this is a great little local gem for a quick bite.

Food is super good, kitchen is super clean as you can see the entire work space. The service is great, and the owners are wonderful. Small hole in the wall, that is worth the visit, warm and welcoming....also they are Baby Yoda fans.

You walk into a cute, small little shop and you're cheerfully greeted by a husband and wife team. You can tell they love their restaurant and their customers. I had the Cali-nini with pasta salad and it was delicious!! The prices were great and the service was even better. I will be back!

Went for a late lunch.. the Hangover sandwich was unbelievable.. one of my favorites! Also love the Cal-inini sandwich. Everything have tried there is delicious and fresh. Owners are awesome and friendly!!

Great food at the restaurant and with their catering.

Don't let the size of the dining area turn you away. Their sandwiches are the best in the area and their prices are lower. If you're in the area, try one of their sandwiches (my faves are the Cuban and Calinini) and become an instant fan.

They have the best paninis and sandwiches. for a really good price (the Cuban is my favorite).
Also, the couple that runs/owns the business is super nice.

Food is awesome! Be sure to check the specials on the first Friday of the month!

Had them come and cook for us for a birthday event, and they were amazing. Food was fantastic, and they were great company! We really appreciate everything they did~~

What a great spot. Friendly owners, fresh ingredients, and well-priced food. I will come back and try just about everything on the menu as it all looked and sounded delicious.
