Thank you Jeff, Linda and the whole professional team who worked together making our beautiful kitchen cabinets right down to the installers who did a fabulous job! We are forever grateful to all of you for making this such a pleasant experience. We were so impressed when you gave Tony and I a tour of your woodworking shop area. Everyone working together to make a beautiful product!

A co-worker recommended talking to this company when I began considering a kitchen upgrade. I spent an hour with the owner and he was incredibly well prepared, knowledgeable and had plenty of samples to show. He did a sketch of my idea and approximate pricing on the spot. I brought detailed measurements which was helpful. He promised a 3D rendering in a couple of days. Their pricing looks very good, competitively priced compared to any box store with a far better quality custom construction. No standard box sizes with gap fillers like you'll find just about anywhere else. I was very impressed and thankful to my coworker for the recommendation.

We met with Jeff and had a very informative and helpful first meeting to plan our kitchen project. Jeff spent more time with us than our other kitchen renovation companies, by far! Looking forward to working with uxbridge cabinetry company on our project!

Needed New shelving for some cabinets so I contacted Uxbridge cabinet center , they explained that they do not usually sell just shelves but helped me out anyways. Everyone I had an interaction with there was helpful and nice. From what i saw in the show room, it looks like they build some really top notch kitchens!! Thanks again!

We went to Uxbridge Cabinets for kitchen and bath cabinets and vanities. My wife had very specific ideas on what she wanted. Uxbridge Cabinet was very helpful in working with us to design and build exactly what my wife envisioned into the overall space allotted by the builder. They look fabulous and are extremely practical and user friendly. Thanks

5++ Stars for Design and Service - Worked w/ Jeff. The first time we met, he took the time to explain his operations, workmanship, and design options. When we sat down to go over our layout (I gave him a measured drawing of the kitchen) he was able to hand sketch ideas and came up with a relative quick quote - which I thought was outstanding. We had difficult design issues that Jeff easily solved. Through the whole process of design and final approval, my wife and I felt very comfortable that we were getting the kitchen design we envisioned.

5++ Stars for Cabinet Quality and Pricing - The cabinets are extremely well constructed and finished. Cannot say enough about how good they look - the pricing for cabinets and installation was less then we originally expected for fully custom cabinets

1 Star for Installation - And this is where the train comes off the tracks.

I will start off saying the finished product after installation is beautiful. Cabinets fit perfectly - molding was well installed - looks great.

Issues :

1. Before the installation started, I pointed out two cut-outs for outlet boxes in the back of two cabinets that I needed- one for the microwave and one for dishwasher. The installer stated they don't do that but would cut a small hole for the wires and the electrician can install surface mounted boxes (Not what I wanted). While installing, I watched as they cut holes in two of the cabinets for abandoned covered outlets as that was required by code. When I explained what happened to Jeff- he stated that this what they normally do - but if the electrical boxes were on the electrical wires hanging out of the wall they would have made the proper cut outs - ?????? So I pay thousands of dollars for cabinets and installation and installers can't accommodate this one request for which I thought was not far out of the norm as I am sure cabinet installers have had to deal with customer needed/required outlets millions of times.- now I have to do it or my electrician has to do it ($$ out of my pocket)- when it would have been easier and cleaner if the installers did it in the first place.

2. Installers broke emergency shut off switch for furnace. Luckily, I had a plumber doing work on the furnace at the same time as the cabinet installation. When the plumber went to turn on the furnace, he discovered there was no current going to it. After a half hour of frustration (which means more $$ out of my pocket) it was discovered that the emergency furnace shut off switch was broken....switch was replaced and plumber finished work. This could have been quickly avoided if the installers mentioned they bumped the switch. I can only fathom the challenge I would have had and the $$$'s spent trying to figure out why my furnace didn't work if the Plumber wasn't here already.

3. Nice pencil marks they left on newly painted walls. Now I understand that markings need to be made for correct line up - but they could have at least attempted to clean them off.

4. And the Coup De Gras, later in the day after installers left, I went to wash my hands and discovered there was no hot water. I looked over at the emergency shut off switch for the furnace and found that it was in the off position(definitively in the on position when the plumber left). note- furnace also supplies hot water. So - the only way the switch could have been move to the off position is for one of the installers to bump into the switch again while they were either caulking around the cabinets or cleaning them off. Turning it on - my furnace kicked on and all was well -

Now any of these issues by themselves would be an inconvenience - but put them together and they add up to a careless installation crew that does not appear to be concerned with customer satisfaction or the damage they do to a customers home.

I previously stated about pencil marks on freshly painted walls - Pencil marks won't come off so now I have to repaint - I am IRATE!!

Went in searching for a bathroom vanity. Stood around for several minutes, with only one employee peeking out from the back and then disappearing again. She later decided to come out. When we asked about bathroom vanities, she nastily replied, "we're booked until October!" She made no effort to see if we were willing to wait until then or to actually find out what we were looking for. Instead, she conveyed an attitude that we were bothering her, and that she shouldn't be bothered. She then wasted no time disappearing into the back again.

Regardless of how good your work may be or how busy you currently are, poor customer service, rudeness, and arrogance like this eventually has a price. You probably won't enjoy continued success if your employees can't bother to attempt to help customers in your store.
