Great job putting on roof, Steven kept me informed every day of the process. The whole experience went smoothly by everyone involved. I would recommend them, and will use them again in future projects. It was refreshing to see someone actually care about your situation and have compassion for you. This company is unbelievable! The first time I called for some information on repairing my roof I got the owner Ralph Catallozzi on the phone and after talking with him he said he would be at my house today with his estimator Steven. I said to myself “we will see”. They were at my house within two hrs they were all over the roof and took a walk through the inside where there was ceiling damage throughout the house from wind and rain storms. I can’t speak highly enough about Steven, the estimator, he held my hand throughout the whole process he dealt with the insurance companies he dealt with the crew he kept me abreast of the situation every day he answered every phone call every question I had . They put a whole new roof on my house and garage in a day and a half and when they were done, you would never know that they were there Also, They repaired and painted my ceilings. They came out beautiful. I highly highly recommend this company. They get a five star from me.

Future Contracting and Estimators did an excellent job in my basement. I live in the city of Cranston and my finished home basement got flooded with 4 inches of water all around with this past rain storm. A good friend of mine recommended Ralph Catallozzi and his team at Future Contracting. They quickly came in dried out my basement and professionally installed a subpump. They as well thorougly inspected my walls for mold!! Thank you so much for the impecable work you guys did for us!! I definitely recommend your company!! A++

Ralph and Steven handled a very large and complicated job that entailed both emergency work and significant renovation/remodeling. They treated me and my property as if it were their own project, inspecting and making sure everything was up to their standards as well as mine. Sometimes they were more persnickety than I was. They dealt with a variety of complications and worked hard to minimize my costs and stay on schedule. Their handling of the paperwork and insurance contact was far better than I could have hoped and they worked diligently to get me every penny I had coming. I could not recommend them more highly.

4 days before Christmas, my life flipped upside down. Before I came to Future Contractors and Estimators, I hired a contractor to work on the foundation of my house and his hands, the wall collapsed while my tenants were inside. By the grace of god, nobody was hurt, but unfortunately, my tenants were out of a home for almost two months.

Between paying for air bnbs, hotels, and the mortgage, I felt like my days were constantly beating me upside my head. After spending so much time calling contractor after contractor, I finally met what truthfully seemed like angels 🥹. Ever since I visited Future Contractors & Estimators in Johnston, RI for the first time, I stayed in safe hands. Steve, Ralph & Benny have treated me with so much compassion and care, and anything they did for me, they did from their heart. I can truly say god blessed me with these three individuals! Not only did they show me every day that they are genuine, they also showed me how professional they are. A foundation job that I thought would take months to complete, took these men a total of 2 and a half weeks! They went above and beyond to provide exceptional services to me, more than I could ever ask for, to the point where it felt like I was their daughter.

They did a complete roof replacement for me and I couldn't be happier with the result. They squeezed me in between a 3 day roof job, showed up to make sure the crew had everything, and followed up the following Monday to make sure the work was completed. They also handled the warranty registration and follow-up on everything they do.

Finally, they'll explain everything they're doing along the way and never put me in a high pressure sales situation. Highly recommend them for all jobs you might need done.

I can't say enough good things about Future Contracting. They remodeled my scary old basement into a beautiful and usable space. They were professional and explained everything to me every step of the way. They were very responsive to my questions and I felt like a valued client through the entire process. Future contract did a Great job with installing a shower enclosure in my 1920 colonial home. The bathroom was in need of an upgrade and they did a phenomenal job with the installing of it and some tile work. The price was reasonable as well. I would recommend them for all your shower install and tile work needed!

Future Contracting and Estimators completed the vinyl siding on my home. The job came out beautiful. They walked us through every step of the process, were punctual, professional, and clean. The whole job was complete well within the schedule they gave us. I highly recommend their services!

This team came out to diagnose the source of an active roof leak and developed a solution to fix it. Dealing with layers of shingles they removed and replaced a skylight which had not been installed and flashed properly. They also removed and replaced trim boards to correct years of water damage. The company provided a quote in advance, showed up as scheduled and completed the repairs in a single day. The trim looks great and after over two inches of rain yesterday, the roof no longer leaks. They also reflashed two other features during the repair that were needed without any additional charge. I would use them again!

In the Fall of 2022, a hit and run driver hit my commercial building in Johnston, R.I. Causing serious cosmetic and structural damage to the front of the building. I called Future Contracting and Estimators and explained the situation. They came out. Immediately assessed the situation and told me They would Professionally estimate the damage to the building and then could send this to my insurance company. My insurance company agreed with their professional estimate and settled with me. I had Future Contracting do all the construction on my building and they took the time to explain all of the work they were doing daily. My building looks absolutely beautiful, and i would recommend this company to anyone needing their home or business being remodeled, repaired or replaced.
